The main problem among the modern Malays is that they strongly cling on the principle east west home's best; be it ever so humble there's no place like home (Trans : hujan emas di negeri orang, hujan batu di negeri sendiri, baik juga di negeri sendiri).

So, it is very difficult to find prominent Malaysian scholars abroad, unlike Japanese, Koreans, Indians, Chinese and Arabs/Persians.
