For her 19th life, she begins to live as Ban Ji-Eum (Shin Hye-Sun). Whenever she is reborn, from age 8 to age 12, she begins to remember all of her previous lives. After that, she lives her life with memories from all of her previous lives. She hates remembering all her of previous lives and whenever she faces the end of her life, she jopes that she will never be reborn or remember her previous lives. In her 18th life, when she was Yoon Joo-Won and 12 years old, she met a kid named Moon Seo-Ha. They became very close. In her current 19th life and as Ban Ji-Eum, she again meets Moon Seo-Ha (Ahn Bo-Hyun). He is now all grown up. Ban Ji-Eum is fully aware of who Moon Seo-Ha is and approaches him with affection.

Meanwhile, when Moon Seo-Ha was a kid, he lost people that he loved, including his first love Yoon Joo-Won. Since then, he has refused to have relationships with other people. His life changes due to the appearance of the strange woman named Ban Ji-Eum.

Ban Ji Eum has an extraordinary ability: she can remember the memories of all her past lives. Repeating her reincarnation for nearly a thousand years, Ban Ji Eum has been living her lives diligently. After her previous life is cut short by a tragic accident, she sets out to reconnect with the people of her past life in her current one, and decides to find a man named Moon Seo Ha whom she met in her 18th life. Will memories of her 18th life sabotage romance in her 19th? Or will love endure across different lives?

On the other side, there is also Yoon Cho Won, a landscape architect and the younger sister of Yoon Joo Won, whose life collapsed after her older sister's death. She is courageous and kind even after facing the death of her beloved sister but she struggles to maintain her brightness. When Yoon Cho Won meets Ban Ji Eum by chance and sees her older sister in her, she wonders about Ban Ji Eum’s identity.

Then there's Ha Do Yoon, Moon Seo Ha’s secretary and best friend since childhood. Although they come from completely different backgrounds, Ha Do Yoon feels some kind of affinity for him.

iols tak mampu tgk Yumi's Cells S2 sebab penangan dia jadi hero kat S1 sampai tak boleh terima hero S2...

Iols dah tengok citer ni... I like...
Pada iols menarik 1st episode ni... introduction pasal Jieum & Seoha... straightforward... tak complicated dengan timeline... just tunjuk sikit pasal past live Jieum sebelum ni tapi tak complicated pun... iols rasa citer ni fast paced sebab citer ni just 12 episodes jer... so takdelah meleret sangat... Jieum tu pun takde nak waste time lagi just tanya  Seoha nak date tak dengan dia masa 2nd time jumpa... tapi kelakar pulak... Jieum tu selamba je tanya...

Lee Boyoung ada cameo dalam citer ni... jadi mak Seoha...

Child actor yang jadi Jieum & Seoha ni pun comel... pandai berlakon pulak tu...
