1. 22 June 2016 - The Elder PAS Padang Serai Shaharuddin Ibrahim apologizes to DAP and the Penang government in connection with his statement which claimed that there will be a ban on azan in mosques if the DAP rules.
2. 11 October 2016 - PAS Chief Information Officer Ustaz Nasrudin Tantatawi pays RM 10K legal costs to Lim Guan Eng for defaming the Penang tunnel issue
3. 25 Jan 2017 - Hasan Ali lost a defamation fine of RM200k against YB Khalid Samad for slandering YBKH against the law of the law of the prophet and supporting the sale of liquor.
4. 10 Nov 2017 - General Treasurer and PJ PAS Perak lose a defamation suit of RM200k against DS Nizar
5. 26 June 2018 - PAS Ulama Hall member Che Masri loses defamation suit against Husam Musa in connection with land embezzlement allegation.
6. 25 August 2018 - Muslimah PAS Wan Asshima is forced to apologize to YB Khalid Samad for defamation of approving the Gay festival. YB Khalid is determined to continue the sue.
7. 7 Sept 2018 - Cybertroopers PAS Herman Samsudeen apologizes in Court for slandering Dato Mahfuz receiving UMNO Funds
8. 21 Nov 2018 - Kamarul Zaman apologizes to Mujahid for slandering him as "DAP's best riding horse"
9. 26 June 2019 - Wan Zawawi Wan Ismail (PAS) loses his suit for slandering Hj Husam Musa for receiving DAP money and Tauke Judi. The slanderer is a Member of the Kelantan PAS Election and the allegations were made.
10. 26 Feb 2020 – Seputeh Parliamentarian Teresa Kok DAP today obtained RM80,000 compensation after winning the defamation suit case filed against Syarhan Humaizi Abdul Halim in connection with the publication of Anti Islam article in the Facebook account of Pas Selangor Youth Leader last year
11. 21 May 2020 – Sarawak Report Editor, Clare Recastle Browm PAS President, Datuk Seri Abdul Awang was fined up to 2.5 million pounds (RM13.2 million) by his law firm in their summon case in England
12. 9 Jul 2020 – Former Pulau Penang PAS Youth leader Ustaz Mohamed Hafiz Mohamed Nordin today failed to get the permission of the Federal Court to appeal the order to pay compensation of RM100,000 to lawyer, Eric Paulsen in the claim of defamation suit against him
13. 22 June 2020 – Kamarul Zaman apologizes to former Chief Executive Officer (CEO), National Welfare Foundation, Datin Che Asmah Ibrahim following the mixed defamation statement in connection with funds to Rohingya refugees.
14. 10 Feb 2021- Husam Musa's defamation suit against former principal of religious school in Kelantan Masri Che Yusoff PAS and set a higher value Lawyer Faiz Fadzil said the court set a new compensation value as much as RM150,000, with a cost of RM5,000
15. 17 February 2021 - Mujahid successfully annulled Kamarul Zaman's defamation suit and Mujahid has demanded compensation of 5 million against Kamarul Zama.
16. 29 March 2021 - Kota Bharu High Court rejects the suit filed by AKSB company represented by Chairman of Kelantan PAS Law2 Nik Bahrum Nik Abdullah against former vice president of Amanah Husam Musa. Court also ordered AKSB to pay the cost of the trial against Husam.
17. 20 September 2021 - Harakah Journalist Aziz Muda presented a written apology to Datuk Seri Mujahid in Harakah newspaper, and withdrew his article titled 'Sajat: Mujahid and PH's K'jaan should be blamed and 'The Continuity of Sajat the mistakes of Mujahid and the PH government
18. 8 November 2021 - The High Court here on Monday ordered the Chief Minister of Kedah, Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor to pay RM50K in damages to the Pokok Sena Parliamentarian, Datuk Mahfuz Omar in connection with the defamation statement through a Facebook post two years ago.
19. 7 November 2021 - Harakahdaily writer Roslan Shahir who wrote, “Husam: PAN of the dictatorial party” and posted on the official PAS portal on 14 September 2020 appears apologizing today.
20. 18 March 2022 - The High Court ordered Razman Zakaria, who is also the Commissioner of PAS Perak, to pay RM250K in damages to Lim Guan Eng and to make a public apology in connection with a Facebook note that was described as slandering the former Penang Chief Minister.
21. 29 April 2022 - Kuala Lumpur Session Court rejects the defamation suit brought by Kamarul Zaman Yusoff against Khalid Samad. Kamarul ordered by Court to pay cost as much as RM10K to Khalid Samad
22. 30 August 2022 - Kelantan Amanah Youth Leader, Hazmi Hassan successfully dismissed the defamation suit that was presented by the Central PAS Ulama Hall Committee Member Ahmad Dusuki Abd Rani in the Kota Bharu Session Court, today. Dusuki was ordered to pay a cost of as much as RM10,000 to Hazmi.
23. 14 Sep 2022 - Former minister of religious affairs in the Prime Minister's Department, Mujahid Yusof successfully dismissed the defamation suit brought by former member of the PAS Hall of Ulama committee, Ahmad Dusuki Abd Rani. Court ordered Ahmad Dusuki to pay costs as much as RM11,000 to Mujahid.
