Cara Menghilangkan Stretch Mark?

stretch mark klu dh ade mmg xboleh hilang...harap maap....it will be forever marked on your belly...saye punyer much worst...dah la kuar 2 org serentak nih...itula kenangan melahirkan anak2...seorang ibu harus berkorban...huhuuu... :cry: |

Stretch marks xleh hilang, maybe faded when time goes by..
mmg gatal area perut esp bila kandungan dh besar n perut dh naik..
jgn garu, klu leh garu la berlapik @ berpada2 menggaru..
masa sy dl, berigt time menggaru, tp ada 1 time tu gtl sgt, so sy amek pendekatan garu kuat tp sekali ..haha..at last nmpakla kesan garu tu, pastu pikir, habisla, i will see it clearly bila baby dh kuar, n yes mmg btl..
sppttnya sapu losyen masa awal2 lg, masa perut xnmpak..sy beli jenis cocoa butter yg Palmer tu..
alhamdulillah, sy xda stretch marks kt belly cuma kesan garu tu dan line tgh yg melintang itu aje..syukur...masa wat CTG pon nurse puji perut cantek je...(harap2 leh la kekal bl preggy anak2 yg lain)..aminn.. |

sy pakai bio oil..skrg bru 4 bulan lebih,mungkin tak timbul lagi
gatal2 skit2 tu memang ada
orang tua2 kata, stretch mark kalau nak timbul, sapula apapun dia tetap akan timbul
so redha jerla..itu pun pengorbanan gak |

kawan2 boleh cuba amalkan sarang burung keluaran alga prima..ada yg berjaya kurangkan stretch mark ..ini testinya:

sori up balik thread lama... tp tea nak jugak2 reply ape effort tea utk prevent stretchmark... stretchmark kalo dah jadi mmg susah nak ilang, tp buleh laa usaha utk prevent dari benda tu jadi...
1. minum banyak air kosong... so that takde water retention & flush out all the toxins...
2. banyakkan exercise : yoga, stretching, berjalan as in brisk walking, weight lifting pun boleh tp kena cautious la (utk toning),
3. cari tempat massage yg bagus utk blood circulation or massage aje sendiri... cuma dekat perut tu, buat soft massage circular motion...
4. exfoliate - scrub especially dekat area2 yang prone to stretchmark.. utk promote blood circulation & remove dead skin cells, supaya bila kita sapu cream, oil or lotion, senang nak menyerap...
5. cari stretchmark lotion or oil... tea pakai oil utk tempat2 yang penting cam perut, paha, area breast... lepas tu, utk whole body, tea sapu hypo-allergenik & fragrance free lotion... stretchmark oil tu tea beli yang jenis rosehip oil with vitamin E... kalo nak jimat, boleh aje beli extra virgin olive oil yang orang pakai utk masak tu.... tak kisah oil ape, janji jenis moisturizing and ada antioxidant...
tea buat sume kat atas tu... exercise tu mmg continue sejak bertahun dah.. so, tea takde masalah utk continue my routine daily exercise, cuma kena reduce intensity & still dptkan advice doc dulu... |
