kalau pandai cara masak dia mmg terbaeek...
aku ajar satu..ko buat sup...agak mendidih ko cmpur oat..
letak sederi or daun bawang n plus lada putih..mmg sedap..! |

tak penah try sup campur ngan oat..huhu..pasni bole try. bubuh oat tu bape banyak?

kalu utk sorg makan 4-5 sudu dah cukup...dgn syarat guna rolled oat..oat cepat masak tak bape sedap..rolled oat leh beli kt kedai bakery kalu tak jumpa kt supermarket
memang masak sebijik mcm sup... semua rebus2..tambah oat jadi mcm bubur nasi rupanya...
buh bawang, halia, lada hitam, sedikit perencah sup (jika suka), letak protein mcm ayam or udang, lagi best pecah telor sebiji dlm tu, buh sayur2 mcm saderi, carrot, or any sayur y korang suka.. nak sedap makan bersama dgn bawang goreng, ikan bilis goreng n daun sup..buh sikit kicap..
tapi cara aku, aku suka buh sikit serunding..sedap siot..hahaha..

sll me mkn oat campur ngn air panas n susu pekat 1 sudu teh...tp time bulan puasa suka jugak buat sup atau mcm bubur nasi tu...tumis bwh putih, masuk air, dah didih, masuk oat. pastu tambahla perasa. taburkan bwg goreng/daun sup...walla! sedap bangat... |
