Unit kediaman di Kerinchi serendah RM750K

Kuala Lumpur: IJM Land Bhd (IJM Land), pemaju projek bercampur Pantai Sentral Park di Bukit Kerinchi menjangkakan fasa kedua projek berkenaan, Secoya Residence berjaya terjual dalam tempoh enam bulan akan datang bagi kuota bukan Bumiputera berikutan lokasi yang strategik dan konsep kediaman unik dikelilingi kawasan hijau di bandar raya.
Secoya Residance adalah salah satu daripada tujuh fasa kediaman dibangunkan di Pantai Sentral Park yang mempunyai nilai pembangunan kasar (GDV) keseluruhan mencecah RM3 bilion.
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif dan Pengarah Urusannya, Datuk Soam Heng Choon berkata, GDV bagi Secoya Residence saja adalah RM260 juta dijangka dilancarkan secara rasmi pada April atau Mei ini.
Beliau berkata, Secoya Residence setinggi 41 tingkat mempunyai 243 unit kediaman dengan keluasan bermula 1,050 hingga 1,670 kaki persegi.
“Ketika ini kami menerima maklum balas positif daripada pembeli apabila pada bulan ini saja menerusi prapelancaran yang diadakan, IJM Land menerima 4,600 pendaftaran daripada orang ramai.
“Secoya Residence mempunyai keunikan kerana setiap unit rumah serta bilik dibina menghadap kawasan rizab hutan yang terdapat di Bukit Kerinchi dan jauh dari jalan raya,” katanya kepada Bisnes Metro di sini, semalam.
Secoya Residence dijual pada harga bermula RM750,000 dan disasarkan kepada pembeli pertama kerana kawasan berkenaan terletak di lokasi strategik untuk mengakses laluan utama di sekitar Kuala Lumpur terutama Lebuhraya Pantai Baru (NPE).
Pada September 2014, IJM Land melancarkan fasa pertama Pantai Sentral Park iaitu Inwood Residences dan sehingga kini hanya tinggal 60 unit kediaman kuota Bumiputera masih belum terjual.
Katanya, semua unit di Inwood Residences dalam kuota bukan Bumiputera telah habis dijual. Untuk tujuan itu, IJM Land menawarkan diskaun jualan lima peratus tambah tiga peratus untuk Bumiputera membeli kuota sedia ada.
“Harga ditawarkan kepada unit Bumiputera bermula RM775,718 bagi Inwood Residences dan kami berharap dengan konsep menarik di Pantai Sentral Park dapat meraih perhatian pembelian dalam kalangan golongan berkenaan sama ada untuk tinggal atau pelaburan,” katanya.

Nak murah..beli tanah kat kg org asli hulu tembeling...lepas tu minta org asli tu buat rumah tiang dinding buluh..atap rumbia..kasi org asli tu rokok, tembakau, susu, gula dan garam saja.
Nak rumah dlm bandar besar..murah..tok sah mimpi lah.

ala baru 750K apa la sgt boh pi la 1 jota pun x pe!!! vangang betul!!! skrang ni rakyat mmg terdesak sgt nak beli rumah x kan nak menyewa sepanjang hayat tolong la kerajaan do something tapi mcm biasa lah ayat depa masih terendah dari negara2 afrika, zimbawe, myanmar nepal bla bla bla.... rumah area jalan kebun teluk panglima garang tu pun teres setinggkat rm280k tapi akan naik lagi harga tu!!! kesian rakyat malaysia |
