siapa2 harap boleh kongsi camne nak singkirkan asid urik yang berlebihan dalam badan...

sape ada pengalaman jom share...

betul ke minum air lemon baik untuk flush the acid uric?

rasa kena makan minum benda alkalizing.

baru baru ni cousin ada share ttg montmorency cherry juice yang dikatakan clinically boleh menurunkan uric acid. saya dah jumpa facebook page. tapiiiii harganya mak ai. terkezut i. mahal. kalau mampu silakan. tapi dia suruh minum 30ml per day. kalau sebotol seratus lebih, ok kot.

tapi saya jumpa tart cherry di vitacare. produk ni carried by caremark farmasi. RM20++ per bottle. more affordable.

lemon juice also alkalizing. saya selalu beli lemon segar perah buat juice. kalau tak berapa mahir, dapat secoek je juice dia. nak perah kena ada cara. kalau betul caranya banyak boleh dapat.

bila terlupa, busuk pulak lemon tu.

jadi saya terjumpa produk lemon juice di section organik di jusco. botol kecik. pure lemon takde tambah gula. senang je tuang and campur air.

Untuk jangkamasa panjang, elakkan makan makanan berprotein tinggi. Baik dari sumber haiwan atau tumbuhan.

Elakkan makan daging haiwan setiap hari termasuk ikan.
Ubah diet, makan protein haiwan seminggu sekali atau sebulan sekali.

Elakkan makanan berproses. Lebihkan makanan organik.

Elakkan bersedih, atau stress, atau berfikiran negatif.
Banyakkan berpuasa.

Kalau boleh, tak payahlah makan makanan yang bukan2 macam berger, roti canai, restoran segera, keropok lekor, mi segera, ajinomoto, kicap, segala macam sos segra, makanan yg banyak additive dan supplement sintetik.

Try cuka epal. Minyak zaitun. Cantaloupe. Grapefruit.
