Bahan-bahan
400 gram sotong kurita
Lobak merah (dihiris)
Kubis (dihiris)
Daun bawang (dihiris)
Labu Jepun (dihiris)
Bawang besar (dihiris)
½ sudu besar cili kasar
½ sudu besar cili halus
½ sudu besar cecair gula (diimport khas dari Korea)
½ sudu besar serbuk daging (diimport khas dari Korea)
Sedikit lada putih
Ajinomoto secukup rasa
Gula secukup rasa
Sos cili (diimport khas dari Korea)
Minyak bijan secukup rasa
Bijan secukup rasa
Air secukupnya

Cara-cara
Rebus sotong kurita sehingga masak
Tumis bawang putih.
Kemudian masukkan sotong dan sayur. Gaul rata.
Tambah air. Masukkan rempah ratus, gula air dan sos cili.
Masukkan minyak bijan dan taburkan bijan di atas hidangan.
