Entahlah..rasanya Dato' ni lepas gitu aje...xdengarpun cadangan nak saman dia. Yang tenguk dia masih lagi drive cayenne dan harrier dia dan stay dibangalow baru lagi. Kesian tau mangsa-mangsa dia..
Tulah..yang berduit akan continue di sekolah lain dan yang sudah habis duit - ermenung ajelah. Memang akan jagi separuh gila kalau mereka turutkan hati. I kalau jadi parents opun akan jadi rasa gila sebab dahlah rumah kena gadai and kena bayar installment bank yang mempunyai interest giler-giler tu, pastu anak xdapat habiskan pula.

Diorang ni masa decide nk jd pilot ni tak buat kajian dulu ke agaknya.
Sayang 200K tu boleh belajar bidang lain.

    Yer lah, memang kesian. Dah bersusah payah dapatkan loan dari bank, bersusah payah study berbagai aviation subjects tu, tiba2 terbantut.

   Cable Dato' ni kuat, kalau tak tak kan senang2 kerajaan Sarawak bagi tanah buat flying school dia kat sebelah bintulu airport tu. Dia ni bekas polis, siap pasang gangster lagi untuk kawal bzness dia. Pasal tu tak makan saman kot. Orang2 macam ni pandai ambil kesempatan nak buat quick buck.. tak akan selamat hidup dia, tengok la nanti.

Memang betul. Takkan selamat. Kalau lepas didunia ni, akhirat pasti menanti.

Bukan graduate ni tak buat kajian. Masa mereka enrol dulu (4 years back), profession pilot ni sedang boom dan air asia masa tu sedang naik. Jadi semua orang nak jadi pilot and flying school tumbuh macam cendawan. Sekarang ni boleh tenguk siapa yang untung - iaitu dato'-dato' yang menipu ni lah. They laugh all the way to the bank...

students nowadays should give extra effort doing some research about what they opt to learn in the future.
we live in a cruel world.
like it or not, people should aware about that.
it is all about money even though we know for sure money cannot brings happiness and joy but look what is happening now.

government don't even bother to help. they don't even care to think how to solve this problem. they will only pass it down to the so called agency / department like who cares he's not my son i am not your father so why bother anyway.

guys let me tell u one important thing
it is either u swim or u sink.


in Malaysia you can find
over crowded medical students and nurses , unqualified doctors, jobless IT graduates, low  - class teachers which happen know nothing about what they're doing in the classroom , yet we were still arguing whether to teach in BM or English like duh , it is a never ending story and now in year 2012  we are having a serious problem about another profession : pilot.

like seriously.. u guys?!

then what?

when i was in primary school , we were very excited when the teacher asked

" what is your ambition? "

we listed it down very quickly and very proud to share it with friends and teachers.

as for today,

i bet they're still does.

excellent point of view...u must be someone who is successful in life...

well, truth be told...most malaysians are fix minded, u can go through this thread and pin point the individuals...especially among the malays, they are heavily relying on the gov to create everything...this means jobs, opportunities, housing, etc...that's why BN is so powerful and been masters for 50 years...

basicly, life is about money...u need money to survive....why the hell u go to univeristy and get a CGPA 4.00? to get a better job of course!...and a free education through scholarship...nobody wants to pay for their education...it's expensive...PTPTN, JPA, MARA, etc...all agents for money to bumis...

when the system is finally corrupt, by the end of the day...it's u and your theories that only exist in your mind...

one must be pro-active in life...no one answer is absolute...be it bad or good...finally, the ultimate question is, whether u go to heaven or hell...it's your choice

Setelah aku mengkhatamkan benang ni, ada satu kesimpulan aku...

Jgn bongkak / angkuh dgn status karier yg diperolehi kerana anytime Allah boleh 'lupuskan' rezeki pekerjaan dalam sekelip mata.

Terdahulu, ramai yg berbangga (malah ada mak bapak yg bongkak) dgn kerjaya anak sebagai government staff. Tak lama selepas itu, ramai yg mula memandang sinis pada pekerjaan di sektor gomen.

Kemudian, ada pula yg bongkak selaku status engineer.. Dan kemudiannya, taqdir Allah tiba, ramai pula jobless engineer di M'sia..

Dan terkini, taqdir Allah tiba jua kepada karier pilot..


p/s: Walaupun aku bekerja di luar negara, namun hati kecil aku ingin menjadi seorang pekebun sawit yg berjaya..

Ala untuk sementara suruhlah lebihan pilot2 ni jadi pilot untuk private.Sekarangkan industri untuk sektor private jet dah naik sikit.Rakyat Malaysia pun dah banyak kja yang baguih2...gaji besar2...ader bisnes sendri boleh gune chartet jet services.Banyak apa gaji untuk pilot private jet walau x selalu terbang.Boleh tahan untuk expences lebih dari sebulan kalau takder job...sedangkan private jets punya crew pun gaji sorang dalam 3k untuk 1 flight....inikan pulak pilot...cume crew untuk private ni dalam 4 orang la....2 pilot,2crew untuk full load 9  passangers Falcon Jets-900

Ok sori TT aku lari topik sikit yee...Aku ada 1 orang member keja as cabin hostess untuk private jet services...x silap under company Redland Aviation Services yang bertempat di Skypark Subang.Asalnya dia krew untuk Etihad Airways kontrak,pastu dah habis kontrak dia keja dgn MAS pulak tapi as a ground staff la cthnya,mcm ticketing or customer service kt KLIA n KL Sentral.Pastu dia dah bosan keje as ground staff dah rindu2 plak nak fly balik kat awan biru...Then dia pun apply la untuk jadik cabin hostess.Ade 2 kampeni yang dia apply mase tu,Redland Aviation dengan Vista Jets Charter untuk hostess.Tapi rezki dia berpihak untuk kampeni Redland la...Katanya seronok sangat keje dgn private jets ni..Keje x la teruk2 mane pun,pastu passenger untuk jet tu dah la sikit dalam 6-9 orang aje untuk 1 flight dan dorang x lah cerewet...just buat hal sundrik mase tgh flight...takat dia bagi instruction before boarding tu macam pekara yang agak command le bagi dia...Pastu member aku cakap dalam 1 bulan lbh kureng ade 3 kali aje flight...1 minggu ade sekali aje flight..kadang2 x ade flight langsung dalam 1-2 weeks...so dia duk kat rumah n tolong ayahnya kat kafe je kalau tak keje...kadang2 ade jugak datang office untuk tgk schedule for next flight.Payment gaji dia pulak bukan kira 1 bulan taw untuk krew2 private jets ni...on 1 week kalau ade flight besoknya@sebelumnnya pihak kampeni dah bank in siap2 gaji dalam account untuk crew2 dorang.Senang kira setiap kali ada flight setiap kali tu la gaji masuk dan yang penting bukan dapat payment ikut bulanan macam gaji staff2 kampeni biasa.....Sekali flight untuk hostess duit dalam tangan mau dapat dlm 3K-5K lebih....kalau untuk pilot korang jangan cakaplah ofkoz le berbelas2 ribu...x yah keje 1-2 bulan pun takder hal punye...huhuhu

    In order for pilots to fly any type of aircrafts commercially, he has to have the rating on the type endorsed on his licence. Contohnya, nak jadi captain atau FO on B737, dia kena study all the aircrafts systems, pass the technical exam, then kena buat handling training on that particular type in the simulator, pass all the skill test, baru la licence dia endorsed, competent to fly B737. Kemudian baru la terbang dgn airline, sebagai trainee dulu dalam beberapa sectors ( contoh, buat flight dari KUL ke PEN sebagai satu sector) sehingga la completed the line training, baru la considered operational. Proses yang sama akan dilalui bila migrate ke jenis pesawat lain.

   Sriwijaya, Indon, contohnya tidak buat/ada training facilities untuk B737 fleet dia, so siapa yg dapat masuk, kena bayar cost training sendiri, dan Sriwijaya akan appoint another agency to conduct the training for them sehingga licence endorsed. Cost around 40K USD.
Kalau MAS atau AA, tak perlu bayar dulu sebab dia orang dah ada training facilities such as instructors,ground school dan simulators mereka sendiri.

   Most of the airlines luar negara pun amalkan system macam ni, akan amik yang ada type rating dan ada few thousand hours on type sahaja sebab dia orang nak professional, yang operational ready, bukan yang fresh dari flying school.

   So bila pengambilan dari MAS dan AA tak berapa lancar...  maka terjadi la lambakan seperti yang berlaku sekarang ini.

    Airline Transport Pilot Licence

   Nak dapatkan benda ni, kena pass all the ground subjects such as,
   Aerodynamic
   Navigation
   Instrument
   Radio Aid
   Meteorology
   Aircraft Performances
   Human Performance and Limitation
   Aircraft Technical
   English language Test

   Lepas tu kena ada total 1500 flying hours

   Fresh graduate ada ATPL ni tapi hours tu tak cukup , so its called Frozen ATPL
   
   Airlines luar negara kalau nak amik pilots pun , yang ada complete ATPL..
   Yang dapat kerja kat Indon tu, kena keluar duit sendiri untuk buat training dan to some extent untuk 'beli' hours ( terbang/kerja without paid)
