sue bukak thread ni sbb nak tanya step by step tuk siang daging jek..bukan nak resepi...sapa nak bg resepi tepek kat thread daging...

sue nak mintak tlg sesiapa yg pandai......bule tak kasik step2 utk potong daging...kata org kena lawan urat kan...

kengkadang beli daging tu sue rebus jek seketul ...nak masak baru hiris2.. sbb takut daging tak empuk...huhuhu

sue, kalau kena cara potong, insya-allah daging tu cepat masak & tak liat. cara potong yang betul kena tentang urat. jangan ikut urat daging. macam tu jadi liat.

tu la... sue pernah potong lawan urat... tp still liat ler...tu yg nak tengok step2 dia...

sue, beli daging batang pinang. memang mahl sikit. tapi berbaloi le. lagipun bukan kita makan selalu. kalau yang frozen, daging batang pinang sekilo RM8. kalau yang baru, tak tahu le berapa harga. shida biasa beli 1/2 kilo atau sekati je.

aku biasa potong ikut sedap jari jemari ku aje....hehehe
pastu rebus dlm slow cooker..biar dlm 3-4 jam...
confirm lembut..hehehe

shida...bukan nak ckp beso...daging batang pinang pun haku tak kenal (pokok pinang tu tau la) wakakaka...aku biasa beli  daging yg dah dipotong hok besor2 tu....

kalau nak buat satay kena beli daging "batang pinan" ckp dgn penjual daging tu,
daging lain tak sesuai ...liat nanti...mengidam ek...

alamak potong daging kena tentang urat2 gak ke?kimb main potong je b4...patut laa daging liat gila...kimb selalu potong petak2 lepas buang lendiri2 tu..tatau laa pulak ikut urat ke tentang urat...urat daging ni camne ek

masa nak potong tu tenguk jalur2 kat daging..
then letakkan daging bertentangan dengan pisau dan potong..kira macam huru T...

selalunya kalau nak buat satay.kalau tak der daging batang pinag..sebab daging ni ciput jer..
so boleh gunakan daging steak..
bila daging digaulkan ngan sikit gula..ia akan mudah lembut..InsyaAllah...
