laptop's bios password problem

ok here's the case:

kazen aku nyer kawan ada lptop, taksilap aku DELL Latitude brpe ntah...masalahnye laptop dier takde angin takde ribut tetiba mintak password time POST. kalau pc kita tau kan kita ble je reset balik jumper kat motherboard to kasik reset balik bios setting, thus remove the password...tp kalau laptop nie cemaner lak? ade cara tak cemaner nk reset balik bios setting tuh....nk kne cabut jumper gak ker? cuak lak aku nk bukak2 motherboad nieh...

dell bios is a little tougher to crack. have you tried flash the bios?

try call dell tech support, beritau dia Service Tag laptop kawan ko tu (adar kat bontot laptop) beritau problem tu.

yeah agree with this.. good info.. ive used it once. On Inspiron 9400.. takyah aa gitau yg mana satu..
i found this list on Digg 2 month ago.. accept it state there for Dell kudos to poster

the easiest way is to download the latest bios of your motherboard from its manufacturer website, put it on a floppy and boot the computer to the floppy. the rest is pretty much interactive (as far as i know) - just follow the steps on the screen..
