kalau camtu, kasi diorang guna account "Guess" aje la. completely limited.
kalau nk share file, just guna "shared folder" aje. |

hiding the display settings from control panel doesn't prevent user from changing the background. all they need to do is right click on a picture and select "set it as background" or something similar to it. you need to completely disable the feature from the user. try this:
1. make sure the user has only regular user access
2. go to windows start button -> run
3. type gpedit.msc in the run box and click ok.
4. in group policy window, under local computer policy, expand user configuration.
5. expand administrative templates
6. expand desktop and then click active desktop
7. double click active desktop wallpaper
8. on the setting tab, click enabled, type the path to the desktop wallpaper that you want to use, and then click OK.
as for installing a program, regular user don't have that capability (in windows 2000, XP and 2003), unless you're using different windows version than just mentioned. if they still can, they are probably part of power user group or admin group (local).
