spyware..pls help..anyonee...

i not sure if dah ada topic ni setau saya tak da la..if ada tolong merge kan..my friend use my notebook download some stuff and i end up getting spyware embeded in my system... the alert kept on appearing which made me damn panic...i am using avast anti virus n also lavasoft ad-ware..i tried scanning through the lavasoft n removed all the threats available but then when i browse the internet it keep on appearing on the page information about spyware from time to time..i dun wanna reformat the system coz i have a assignment game running..can anyone tell me wht to do other than reformatting??

advertising and spy "ware" problem doesnt need to be conclude with formatting ur system. try use spybot search & destroy. download, install, update, scan, fix the problem. repeat the scanning on boot (optional) if necesary.

but then ive already have lavasoft adware..how ah?

the lavasoft has removed all the virus but then when im browsing there is a alert by security saying that virus has been detected and the information abt spyware is stated there...

i have 3 antspyware+adware installed in my pc:

1- lavasoft ad-aware
2- spybot, search n destroy
3- arovax antispyware

when 1 cleaner failed to remove it, another will repeat the removing process in another way. same as antivirus, some virus cannot be clean with antivirus A, but can be clean with antivirus B.

thats why some people prefer this or that or another antivirus or antispy/advert software.
