Lee Seung Gi Considering Return to Drama Land with New SBS Series
Multi-entertainer Lee Seung Gi is considering a return to K-drama land!
It was first announced that Lee Seung Gi will star as the lead of upcoming SBS drama series “We Have You Surrounded” (working title) that will air next year. It was then later reported that Lee Seung Gi is still in the midst of the reviewing the drama. If he confirms, Lee Seung Gi will take on the role of a criminal detective in his twenties, Eun Dae Gu. With brains and good looks, Eun Dae Gu is actually far from perfect and suffers from a painful family history, refusing to share what he’s going through with anyone and swearing constantly. Viewers can look forward to seeing a different image played by Lee Seung Gi, who is mostly known for his sweet and gentle image on variety shows and dramas.
“We Have You Surrounded” is the work of KBS drama “Ojakgyo Brothers” writer Lee Jung Sun and “Incarnation of Money” producer Yoo In Sik.
The drama series is expected to air next year following Wednesday and Thursday mini series “Three Days.”
