Cara2 memotong sayur,ikan, ayam & daging..etc mengikut jenis2 masakan

salam pada semua..

tatau ada tak kat mana2 dlm forum ni ttg cara2 memotong sayur, ikan, ayam n daging mengikut jenis masakan. cthnya potong carrot utk buat acar bebeza ngan utk sup..kentang utk msk kari beza ngan msk sup dan lain2 la...pilot terfikir sbb aritu nak potong sawi utk msk tumis pastu pnh terdengar makcik ckp kalau nak potong sawi utk msk lemak lain sket..mkin dr segi panjang sawi tu kot..

sama gak dgn nak potong ayam n daging...ada saiz besa n kecik..meh la kita share kat sini so that presentation masakan nampak cantik n sesuai..

ini cara potong timun.....

kalau masak air.....potong menyerong termasuk yang tengah; bijinya....
masak minyak.....buang tengah, potong around 4 1/2 cm secara memanjang....
untuk acar....buang tengah, potong macam masak minyak tapi lebih nipis.....

pilot suka masak tp pilot notice sometimes cara potong sayur/ayam mcm tak sesuai ngan masakan...bkn tu je kalau silap potong n size tak kena dah lain rasa dia...most of the time overcooked la
