Sakit kat lower Right ABS

Hi...
aku nyer lower right abs neh...macam..klu kita picit...ada rasa urat kembang..
and it's sore...tapi tak terok...
it's been like that since i was 17 years old...and aku sampai skrang neh paksa tido mengiring sebelah kanan..
aku salu check...sejak umo 17...pi doktor...

mula2 dorg tak take it seriously...
so when i was 18 lagi check byk2 kali...
and last time aku kerja...aku minta full med check up..
check kat bahagian tuh...mamogram beberapa kali...to make sure...tuh mende tak serious..bukan tumor ka apa...

and every time i check...
my doc says that..urat tuh kembang seolah2 aku neh suka wat exercise abs...
every organ in my body...is healthy and fully funtioning...even aku nyer kidney ok...tak der kidney stone ke apa..
but it's been like that since i was 17 and it's still sore..tapi tak terok...
...and aku paksa tido mengiring sebelah kanan salu..until now..
aku dah leju dah byk kali pi clinic...spital semua...

anyway...mende yg trigger aku nyer right lower abs tuh sakit...
klu aku minum or makan yg mende2 supplement yg bermineral...or air milo...sebab mende tuh ada mineral sikit..
and seolah2 mende tuh mendap kat urat tuh...
and a few days later...semuanya jadi ok...klu jaohi mende2 gitu...

and last time yg paling sakit tuh...masa aku nyer Anemia aku chronic...

it hurts like a bitch...tak pat tido..
and dpt rasa macam batu kecik timbul...

then aku makan mende2 wat darah2 semua....then semua nya ok...
seolah2 tempat tuh dah abis dah pelincir...so it feels sore..

it doesn't bother me much...all i need is just to sleep on my right side..
but at the same time...i'm curious...to know what it is..
aku dah leju dah...pi jumpa doktor...berkali2...sama gak...dorg cakap gitu...

and aku nak korg nyer opinion...Thanx..

Mammogram?  Isn't this for breast?

Any specific time the pain turns up?  Could be ovulation pain?  Or appendix?  

I used to get pain on my right side for a long long time.  Until one day the pain was so goddamn excruciating - vomiting non stop & jalan macam nenek kebayan cos of the pain.  I went to A&E and dr said appendix kot.  

Masa surgery it was found my appendix was sikit lagi nak rupture!  I had a friend who appendix ruptured and was to hospitalised for months!  He contracted blood poisoning - septiciamea (spelling?).  

Pain so bad that you cannot sleep on that side - I would say this warrants a check-up (again).

yup it is for breasts...
they didn't have a lot equipment there..like Xray...
so the doctor checked my vital organs with a mammogram..

so i didn't have any choice...cos...the clinic was near my workplace..
and i was too weak to take the bus or etc...i might end up passing out if i go too far..
so i had no choice...but to go there..to the nearest private clinic..
but before this...i did check kat private clinic lain..waste of money cam biasa...service cam bangsat
klu ada sakit serious2 contoh cancer mesti pi luar state neh...

and i did went to the govn clinic...and i did go to the hospital govn nyer...
they don't take me seriously...cos i look pretty youthful and healthy...lots of times...
and our govn clinic and hospital...is actually rated the worst in Malaysia..amongs org2 penah kerja kat spital govn neh tempat aku neh..
i don't want to say which....cos i don't want to get sued..

so normally ..we have to go for private clinics instead...

well like in the post above...
the pain will be triggered when i eat or drink foods with heavy supplements..like minerals...
and when my Anemia is at the chronic stage...like when my blood is really2...low..

what's A&E?
my doctors they never mention about...appendix though...
it never occured to me...it could be my appendix!
now i'm starting to get worried

maybe it's UTI...kat saluran kidney tuh...
that's why ada bigik2..

but i've checked all...my blood everything...
kekadang...lam tahun tuh...aku check......2...3....4...times a year..
mustahil

i'm scared....am i going to die???????
