nak cari temam teman pompuan yg suka pegi gym... dapat share tips dan nasihat tntg permakanan dan rutin workout |

kalau pompuan nak loss weight boleh pergi gym,running n basikal pun boleh dapat slim body. |

Cardio wil help in slimming tapi kalau nak toned kena weight training. The more muscle u build the higher ur metabolism will be so cepat turun lemak. Cardio ni forme penat2 lari ke berbasikal jauh2 n kadang2 calories yg diburn onky equates to a kitkat bar.,. Tapi kalau weight training yg proper dapat lose thousand of calories dlm satu sesi |

Masa ni home gym tapi nak cuba jugak ambil membersip kat gym ...tu lah nak cari idea tapi mcm tak ramai je pompuan kat cari ni yg minat gi gym |

Salam eatpraygym,
Teman insyaallah setiap hari weight lifting.
Utk kuatkan shoulder, bicep , tricep............and chest.
Teman minat memanah.
So, kena pastikan muscles tertentu................kuat n ada ketahanan.
Next month, Sirkit Kebangsaan kat UPM.
Exercise/gym nie kena ISTIQAMAH or WILL POWER.
Kalau yg kurang, deme kena ada PARTNER.
Baru 'meriah' skit.
Tapi teman sejak dulu.............LONE RANGER.
Selalunya , ghamai yg HANGAT HANGAT TAIK AYAM jer pergi gym nie.
Sebulan bayor Rm60.
Memula seminggu 4-5 kali..............after few weeks, seminggu sekali.
Yg gym kat ghumah pung 2 x 5 gak.
Often jadi GAJAH PUTIH jer.

Mmg betul sukar nak cari teman yg dedicated g gym sama sama..kita pun kena ada discipline sal kalau tak, dah teman stop pegi nanti takut diri pula tak semangat nak pegi

dah penah g gym dulu pastu terminate sbb pegi sorang2 xde geng. nak join kelas pon segan. ntah ape2 aku ni
now rase nak masok gym alik tp nak ade geng. boleh?

saya pn aritu pegi gym dgn adik, best tu best, tapi majoriti lelaki, so kitorg malu2 la nk guna equipment tu, lpas2 diorg gna baru la kiorg leh guna.. so gi dlm 2 mggu je, lpas tu terminate.. kalau ada gym khas utk pompuan kan best. |

aku suka pergi fitness first... tapi lama dah stop semenjak dah ada boifren. dah naik badan baru aku sibuk nak pergi balik
|

Tea plak, alhamdulillah.. Dah 2.5 years consistent gi gym almost everyday... Tea join twin tower fitness... Kat rumah pun ada home gym biasanya banyak pakai masa cuti ngn weekends...
Now i'm 4 months pregnant n still going to the gym daily... Cuma banyak kena watchout time pregnant... Reduced weight sikit masa weight training especially masa squat n lunges... Pastu cardio plak tea kurangkan spins dan buat options utk elak slipping and falling... Masa stretching pun kena jaga certain position xleh wat.. I do side cruches saje utk abs ngn cycling... Tp masa mula2 pregnant tu mmg tea consult with my gynae utk make sure its safe to continue my routine... And instructors and PTs pun banyak jaga, nasihar, bg tips.. Tima kasih byk2 kat diorang tg caring and very helpful

Oh, lupa tambah... Masa pregnant kena jaga hydration yg paling crucial... Nanti bahaya kat baby...
Tea banyak join classes by les mills cam bodyvive, shbam, powerstep, bodypump, step hilo... Paling suka shbam, sampai 2x seminggu buat kelas tu saje... |
