Which one should it be?


Didakwa bersalah atau didakwa tidak bersalah sehingga sebaliknya?

I always believe in innocent until proven guilty, eventhough sometimes
dari mata kasar nmpk org tu bersalah, tp mesti nak di kemukakan dengan bukti2 yg kukuh sebelum kita boleh menghukum seseorang

kalau kita sendiri orang menghukum kita tanpa bukti dan sebab2 yg munasabah kita pun takkan boleh terima, more lagi in criminal case, why some crimes are commited and such

innocent sebelum dibuktikan bersalah.kerana tidak adil mensabitkan kesalahan dengan seseorang sebelum adanya bukti yang menunjukkan seseorang itu bersalah.

Sebenarnya, ada negara yang sistem perundangannya mengamalkan...
you're considered guilty until proven otherwise...mungkin negara itu mempunyai
justifikasinya sendiri...

as a matter of "should" .. it should be "innocent until proven guilty" ..

but as a matter of realisme .. most of the time it is "guilty until proven innocent"

i voted for  "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" but in this world we can never portray someone 'innocent'...
prove?
1. current case of David Hicks in prison, without proper trial.
2. captures by a country's security agency for individuals who are 'suspected' dangerous.

tp masyarakat kita biasanya menganggap seseorg tu bersalah until proven innocent.
tgk la mangsa rogol etc, walaupun mereka langsung tidak bersalah ttp pandangan masy. terhadap mereka amat menyedihkan.

Sama juga biasanya mereka yang dituduh merogol akan dianggap bersalah walaupun belum terbukti bersalah.

esti tension orang tu kalau dia memang tak buat dan sebenarnya orang lain yang bersalah tapi senang2 je hidup bebas.

tetap juga tidak melepaskan seseorang dr tuduhan merogol, even with DNA mistakes are made

even when you are guilty, you'll defend yourself  hopingto earn good wages from destiny (the reward). If words could save you, play with your talent.  Your talent could be the best hidden rewards ever.  The effects of the actionsmay be postponed but they are never lost (You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, be itguilty or otherwise, deserve your own love and affection, don抰 ya think so???  so,  sendiri kena cover your own rear)
