hah..superfine...kalau u tgk resipi soft bun chanel pun dia guna superfine flour & high protein..

Hari ni I buat bun custard, coklat dan cheesy. Guna basic resepi for buns. Atas nasihat Shidah, I uli lama skit. Memang gebus debus. TQ SHIDAH.....

Betul cakap cupcakes tu. Jangan guna mixer lelama utk uli dough. Nanti mixer melotop tau...

Kalau tak de bread maker... I nasihatkan lepas adunan dah sebati, keluarkan dari mixer dan uli dgn tangan. Dough tu hempas2kan (bantai/pukul) kat atas papan canai (mcm org dulu2 cuci kain)....pegang doh, bantaikan ke papan canai 3 or 4 kali. Bulatkan semula dan bantai lagi. Ulang selama 15minit. Uli mcm ni tak penat sangat mcm uli yg cara gonyoh2 tu..

haaaa....inilah cara yg tak melenguhkan tangan kalu saya wat uli apa2..pizza, roti, pau, donut...sume saya main bantai2 ke besen besar...smpi besen plastik saya dah retak...dek rajin membantai mcm org cuci kain tu...tp kan...cara ni memang tak lenguh sgt tangan tu....

kalau cuaca dluar sejuk.. rimbun akan panaskan sekejap oven, tutup suis n peram kat dlm oven tuu... agak2 lerr jgn panas sgt oven tu.

lg satu... this is through experience lerr, kena tgk dah berapa lama buka yis tu. normally kalau takat sebulan yis tu ok lg. but kalau dah 2 3 bulan yis tu mcm mati jer. semenjak tu rimbun pakai mauripan yg peket kecik2 tuu instead of beli yg dalam botol...

try uli lama sikit, kemudian perap sejam or lebih...
lps dah naik, canaikan doh nak jadi bentuk apa pun..
then perapkan lagi sekali..
dua kali perap

ni tips kak  hani liza bagi kat saya..

Selalunya kalau cuaca tak panas I perap doh depan tv. Tapi tv tu mesti on la. Banyak kali dah buat macam tu dan doh naik elok je. Sambil tunggu doh naik boleh tgk tv ....

betul gak kata u, mungkin yis tu dah expired ke..dulu pun pernah jadi sekali..saya beli yis brand SAF..2-3 jam peram pun doh tak naik2..semenjak tu saya beli brand mauripan dan saya beli yg peket2 jer..senang.
