egg noodles : wide and thin squares noodles. Ideal ccompanient with stew.
radiatore : rippled,thick and short pasta. Ideal for chunky sauce
orzo : rice shape pasta . Ideal in simple sauce or just toss in butter. Also can be used as stuffing for veggie, poultry and fish.
Farfalle : ' Butterflies' . Shape like bow ties, small and big.
Fusili : pasta twist. Ideal for thick,creamy sauces as this sauce need the shape to cling to.
