catabolisme terjadi bila mana kita mencecah negative nitrogen balance dlm bdn, bila case kekurangan protein. contoh time pagi, bila bgn tido, kita akan bdn dlm keadaan negative nitrogen balance, bdn lebih cenderung bakar otot daripada bakar lemak. jd kalau nak bersenam pagi, amikla protein sikit. telur putih 4 biji ke. utk maintain positive nitrogen balance, kena makan secara kerap, 2-3 jam skali

Ada org recommend buat cardio waktu pagi2 kalau nak lose fat. Sebabnya ialah, bila kita tak makan apa2, glycogen dalam badan dah depleted. Jadi badan kita akan ambil sumber tenaga daripada lemak yg kita simpan.

Jadi kalau kita buat cardio pagi2, sebenarnya body kita akan dapatkan energy daripada otot ke ataupun lemak dulu?
Atau, catabolisme cuma akan berlaku kalau kita buat weight training, bukannya cardio training pagi2 tanpa makan apa2.

    apa maksud perut kosong? perut kosong bermaksud x amik karbo. separuh ilmu tu betul, tp kalau nak pastikan muscle x drop, wajib amik protein dulu sbelum kardio time pagi
