KEK ZEBRA

Akak dah buat kek zebra pada raya haji baru ni. Memang mudah buat kek ni, cuma proses melapis tu je yg agak lama. Tapi akak buat kesilapan sikit masa proses melapis tu. Akak guna 2 sudu besar setiap adunan, jadi kek tu bila dah masak jalur zebra jadi terlalu halus, dah tak nampak jalur dia. Jadik mcm bercampur antara cokelat dan yg plain. Walau macamanapun rasanya memang sedap dan gebu. Klu makan sebiji tu pun selamba jer... Padan plak ngan nescafe o panas, sedap woo.. Lenkali nak try buat lagik. Thanks Diana

Ish...tolong ya nak tumpang bertanya.....kek zebra ni kalau buat jual pakai sukatan betul2 mcm yang Diana bagi tu, berapa ringgit ya?

Semalam dah buat sebijik, memang cantik naik, menjadi....itu le first time.....bawak ke pejabat hari ni ingat nak jamu kawan2 makan, alih2 dapat order pulak....mulanya kawan2 ingat kek tu nina beli....gambar kek tu ada, tp nak upload sampai sudah x dapat nak masuk photobucket.com tu...lain kali le....

sebenarnya kek tu mengecut sikit kat atas dia
tapi bila potong o.k aja.... kira boleh posing depan kamera la...

tak tau mana silap dia....pasal mengecut tu
lepas masak off oven, tak terus kuarkan

yelah..kdg2 I buat kek pun jadik camni...

maybe u biarkan lama sangat dlm loyang kot tu sbb dia trus mengecut dari tepi loyang.....apa kata next time u try biarkan tak lebih dari 5 minit then trus kuarkan dari loyang......

hanis - maklang pun menghadapi masalah yg sama..kek tu macam lekang dari loyang bila dah sejuk..hihi..lain kali nak kena selimut kasi panas2 skit..heh..heh..

shida rasa memang dia jadi cam tu le. kalau kita keluarkan pun, lepas tu mesti dia mengecut jugak. tak pe, itu bukan masalah besar sebenarnya. tak jejaskan rasa kek pun.

hari sabtu lepas speed dah terai wat Zebra Cake ni...

kek ni memang jenis cepat mengecut lah...tengoklah atas dia tu....masa dlm loyang elok jer dia naik tinggi tp bila kuarkan dari loyang trus dia turun mengecut....


Tp yg pastinya kek ni memang sedap & lembut giler, gebusss nya memang kategori kek sponge...takut nak pegang takut terpenyek sbb lembut sgt...

Maklang, Hanis....ok this time masa kek ni masak saya terus kuarkan dari loyang (takut dia mengecut kat tepi mcm kek Hanis tu)....so far oklah dia tak mengecut dari tepi dia.....

maklang rasanya kek ni elok dikeluarkan secepat mungkin kalu tak memang kat tepi loyang tu mengecut.....saya dah buat tu elok jer kat tepi dia....
