meols anak2 beranak tak pakai benda2 gini..kalau nak lagi bagus cuba makan yg meols bagi gambar kat bawah ni. Meols ngan anak2 dara meols amalkan ni boleh nampak kesan dlm 2 minggu. Tannins n caffeine leh interfere dgn vits+minerals absorption. Green tea xde tannin, tp dia still ada caffeine walau tak sebanyak black tea. Better jarakkan teh, kopi dgn pengambilan supplements at least sejam sebelum n sejam selepas. |
