cikdak blend seme bahan dalam blender dangan separuh jagung krim tu....separuh lagi kacau2 jer...gula guna 1/4 cwn jer..

tenkiu utk maklang dan tak lupa juga Murni(RN)...:love:

mmg senang cikdak..tuang jer sebungkus coffemate tuh..kaco pelan2 jer takyah ganas2.5 cawan air dan 1 cawan gula..tapi 1 cawan tu a little bit manis for my taste..tapi..kira halal lah sbb lemak semua terasa..tapi kena beat banyak kali jugakler kalo nak lembut dan gebus..
..waduh..tak sabo nak balik umah ni..nak makan ngan peach..aiyak..peach golek2 on the icecream..yummylicious..

Dah buat aiskrim guna resepi mak lang ...   Memula ice cream biasa tambah esen vanilla jer

Then, tadi baru buat Ice Cream jagung...

Tapi gula sy kurangkan kepada 1/4 cawan jer sbb nak elak dari manis sangat....sbb bercampur jagung..  

Sy suka pukul adunan tu sampai kembang, putih dan ringan dulu (abt 10-15 minutes pukul ngan mixer) baru freezekan.  Halfway beku pukul balik adunan tu and then freeze balik kali kedua.  Dan hasilnya aiskrim yg gebu dan berkrim sangat.  Sebijik cam ice cream walls indulgence tu... pehhh...

ni eskrem vanilla (resepi sitipayung) yg ita buat semalam.....dan hasil nyerrrr....tadaaaa....:love::love:

ni 2 liter nyer bekas yerr puan-puan...:bgrin:


eskrem ni sedap sangat...terasa kelemakan & kevanilaannya (pinjam ayat maklang jap :cak:... ) ita buat pun 1/2 adunan jer....tapi bila eskrem dah beku, nampak cam ada 2 layers....lapisan bawah macam ada ice-flakes sikit2 pastu lapisan atas dia creamy (mungkin bubbles yg timbul selepas dipukul kot...)

camana nak bagi dia creamy keseluruhannya sbb ita suka eskrem yg creamy2....tak nak yg ada ice2 tuuu :geram:...sesapa boleh tolong tak?

anyway, macih ya sitipayung :tq:

jdk cmtu sbb bekas tu tinggi sgt kot..jdk yg part air turun ke bwh..cuba guna bekas lebar tp kurang tinggi..leh kot kurangkan masalah tu

dah banyak kali pukul laa maklang.....even pagi tadi pun (lepas dia dah 3/4 beku) ita pukul lagi....masih gak ada 2 layers...tp tak per lahhhh...makan jer...memang sedap punnn...

dikk...akak dah buat camtu (ada la 2-3 kali buat gitu.).....tapi tak jadi gakkk...lepas tu beat lagi ...pastu baru tuang lam bekas yg dlm gambar tu sbb dah give-up....lol....

Saya guna resepi mak lang gak... Vanilla flavour.  100% gebu dari atas ke bawah...

What I do... Saya tak setakat bancuh je... tapi pukul mixture tu guna cake mixture sampai kembang dan ringan... cam kita pukul telur nak buat bahulu tu... dalam 10 minutes beating gitu.

Bila pukul sampai kembang, ringan dan likat, n freeze temp yg rendah betul biar cepat bekku...  Mmg ice cream tak mendak dan mungkin tak perlu pun second beating pun...  

Mmg hasilnya mabeles!!!  Cubalah

ni ais krim yg my sister buat ikut resepi yg guna coffemate...lupa dah sapa tuan punya resepi ni...tq utk tuanpunya resipi.
