Mixed Pasta


Bahan-bahannya
half pack pasta tuh-direbus

marjerin
bawang besar potong dadu
bawang putih potong dadu
halia sikit-halus+dadu

hotdog potong dadu

oregano/mixed spice/garam/serbuk lada sulah/lada hitam

p/s : if nak tambah brokoli korang rebus brokoli tuh dulu..petua nak kasi brokoli hijau cantik -after rebus beberapa minit keluarkan ia dan terus rendam dalam air berisi ais...nanti nampak cantik hijau dia...

cara:-
panas kuali dan masuk marjerin/minyak zaitun..then masuk bawang besar,bwg putih,halia tadi...goreng sampai wangi...pastuh masukkan hotdong...selepas beberapa    minit masukkan pasta yang telah direbus..then korang bubuh la oregano/mixed spice skit+lada sulah+lada hitam ikut suka+taste memasing la nak bubuh banyak maner...last kali masukkan brokoli...taaaddddaaa..da siap!!!

slalunya kita buat nih additional food time BBQ...nanti try k...

p/s : sorry sukatan ikut suka sbb kita buat pun main balun je...chow!!!

nak tanya ni, kami tak tau masak sgt, and mcm tak jumpa pun tips ni...camner nak bagi spaghetti tu ardente? meaning lembut and ber 'getah'. my bro cakap lepas rebus panas2 tu basuh ngan air sejuk...ada yang kata lak lumur ngan minyak zaitun atau margerin...yg mana satu?

mlm semalam dah buat pon lasagna, gune bekas aluminium yg kecik2x tu. 6 x 3 inci kot..dpt dlm 6 bekas. gambar tak sempat amik hubby dah selesaikan ptg smlm, before i blk.:geram:

hubby i ckp sedap. mcm kat kedai. tq shida n everyone.  :tq:

Lasagna (shida)



Terima kasih shida, kalau tak krn penerangan awak, lasagna nih tak jadik. Sedap..... Gambar nih yg dibakar utk kali ke-2. yg pertama tu keras sikit lasagna sheetnya. So ummi rebus sekejap ...baru le lembut.

Kalau saya buat lasagne, white sauce tu saya letak kat every sheet of lasagne. White sauce ni yg membantu lasagne sheet tu jadi lembut.

abm...x hengat la guna resepi saper...cuma la neh saya buat men ingat jer..memula dulu mmg ikut resepi btui2...siap[ print out lagik..la neh saya buat jer...tp mmg menjadik pon..sedap plak tuh..hahaha

bekas plak saya beli yg aluminium nyer tuh...yg shape rectangle tuh...tatau ler saiz aper..mcm pan loaf roti besar dier...

ish! ramainya yg suka mkn style carbonara.. takde yg suka garlic sauce ke?? i nak minta tolong geng camna nak buat fettucini/spagetti seafood marinara with garlic sauce?? pernah makan kat Dome dulu.. sekarang dah takde.. memang sedap.. sbb dulu diorang ada pilihan sauce utk fettucini seafood marinara sama ada tomato sos atau garlic sos.. rindu lak kat garlic sos ni..

semalam dah berhajat nak buat pasta macam nie. pastanya dah dibeli last month. tak buka pung drpd plastik lagi just letak dlm almari gitu jer.. bila nak buat semalam.. alamak... pasta ku telah dipenuhi dgn bubuk :geram:

olive oil - minyak zaitun, minyak biasa macam soya, vegetable atau corn oil pun ok...
bay leaves dan oregano - kalau yang kering, ada disimpan di bahagian rempah...dijual dalam botol or packet bagi bay leaves...oregano selalunya sudah di chopped.......or gunakan dedaun yang sudah bercampur semua ni macam oregano + spices yang lain....
cheddar cheese & mozarrella - cari di bahagian cheese, yogurt, butter; di simpan di tempat sejuk....tak ada mozarella gunakan cheddar cheese saja pun ok....

ps.  untuk shortcut boleh gunakan sos prego untuk spaghett tu....tumis bawang, masukkan daging, mushroom kalau suka, masukkan sos....cepat dan sedap...
