weekend lepas tak tau nak buat apa..tgk udang ada lam icebox...
pe lagi sut buat la udang celup tepong..lama tak makan rasa sedap pulak..krupp kruppp

shania selalu buat masak kunyit je




ni resepinye

350g udang sedang (digaul dgn serbuk kunyit)
3 helai daun kunyit (dikoyak)
1 labu bawang besar (dihiris)
4 ulas bawang putih   (diketuk)
2 batang cili merah
3 batang serai (dititik - bagi dia pecah sikit)
2 biji tomato
1 1/2 cawan air
sedikit santan
serbuk kunyit
gula
garam

1. Panaskan minyak dulu ( biarkan ade asap sikit )
2.Masukkan bawang besar, bawang putih, serai, cili merah (belah dua) dan daun kunyit. Bila dah keluar bau, masukkan udang.
3. Lepas tu angkat dulu udang tadi ,jgn padamkan api. Masukkan air satu setgh cawan, tunggu sampai mendidih, masukkan santan setelah mendidih baru masukkan tomato (dibelah 4 setiap satu) dan masukkan bahan tadi (udang)...masukkan garam sikit.
4.Tunggu sehingga mendidih

Lagi sekali mendidih.... angkat dan terus dimakan dgn nasi panas...

Kalau makan selalu pasti jemu tau...

Lobster2 tu my hb tangkap sendiri, bolehlah makan selalu. Kalau nak beli rasanya bocor pocket dibuatnya.....

Ada tetamu datang makan kat rumah malam tadi. So antara masakan yg I hidangkan ialah... 3 cheese lobsters...

Sambal Udang

Ni koleksi gambar sambal udang with white asparagus. I buat about few months ago.

Meleleh air liur melihat lobster nih.....teringin nak cuba cuma kat sini Lobster mahal....sekilo S$42....

Tima acih, hadiah wedding dari mother in law...lama dah about 5 years. Bagusnya pinggan nih kalau pecah I boleh beli ganti sebiji-sebiji ataupun tambah apa2 yang patut.

Sedapnya sambal udang tu. I suika kalau masak udang dgn kulit sebab rasa lagi manis. Tapi my hb dan anak2 kata leceh nak makan...pulak....

I ni pulak Plat malas nak buka kulit udang masa makan.So semua udang yg I masak mesti dah dibuang kulit.

Tapi betul cakap you,masak udang dengan kulit lagi manis.
