King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain are making a 2 day state visit to South Korea on October 23-24. On October 23, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain arrived at Seoul Air Base. The King and Queen firstly attended a memorial service at the Seoul National Cemetery. After the ceremony, The King and Queen were welcomed by President Moon Jae-in and First Lady Kim Jung-sook with a state ceremony at Cheongwadae in Seoul. In the evening, the King and Queen attended a dinner, hosted by President of South Korea held at Blue House.
On the second day of their state visit to South Korea, Queen Letizia and First Lady Jung-sook visited the headquarters of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). The King and Queen then visited Seoul City Hall. In the afternoon, the King and Queen visited LG's new Innovation Gallery at LG Science Park. Afterwards, the King and Queen attended a reception of the Spanish community living in South Korea.
