Kalau jual rumah within 5 years pemilikan kena tax? Kalau lebih 5 tahun, kita jual rumah tu maknanya tak kena tax lah ye duit hasil jual umah tu?

Kena property gain tax. tak silap tahun 2010 start dilaksanakan. RPGT/CKHT

Selepas 5 tahun tak kena (tahun ke 6). Kalau transfer nama atas dasar kasih sayang hubungan keluarga selalunya (tak kena).

Tax tu Kena ke atas keuntungan hasil dari jual beli. Tax ke atas keuntungan perbezaan = Jumlah jual - jumlah beli dahulu. Bukan tax ke atas jumlah jual.

Ohh.. tu la terkezut jugak igtkan kalo pemilikan lebih 5 yrs tak kena tax sebab iols ada nak jual rumah mmg mse beli utk property je tak stay dalam rumah tu pn n mmg akan jual kalo harga semasa utk rumah tu mencanak.. mse pegi pej LHDN takde pulak pegawai tu bgtau if 5 years bla3..

Kalau di lihat di jadual tahun ke5 masih kena tax. Masuk Tahun ke 6, baru 0 tax. Technically more than 5 years (6th year) rpgt tiada.  

Syaratnya jual pada warga malaysia. Kalau bukan warga malaysia atau jual pada syarikat selepas 5 tahun (tahun ke 6) kena rpgt 5%.

Selalunya lawyer snp yg akan nasihatkan. Cuba check ngan lawyer.

Mungkin lhdn assume you dah ada lawyer yg uruskan dan tahu pasal rpgt dan telah nasihatkan client.

Rasain che tat, balasan akibat hidup yg suka switch off, kan dah mendapat bwh pemerhatian lhdn. Bayaq sejuta pn masih xcukup katanya
