Boleh try letak asam keping. sekeping saja cukup la kan. nanti masam pula.
Yup..letak sekeping jer dah cukup pastu bila dah siap masak lauk bendi tadi, terus buangkan asam keping tu..huhuu |

Baru2 ni ai masak bendi goreng pedas dgn telur...lepas basuh bendi tu keringkan...then pastikan pisau jugak kering...masa proses memotong pastikan lap dgn tisu dapur everytime lendir berkumpul kt pisau tu...masa goreng api jgn kecik sgt biar air lendir cepat kering...hasilnya bendi goreng tak berlendir |
