Diet telur? Macam susah je... kang lepas makan telur carik nasik pulak.. |

memang berkesan. tapi tak lalu. nak muntah bila ingat telur. elak makan karbo je and yg manis2. exercise paling utama. |

He gave plenty idealistic advices and makes total sense on every topic..
He always stressing out the point on eat right, eat right..
Not just eating 1 type of food, but eat moderately and in balance..
Keep your lifestyle active pun important, badan sentiasa bergerak x static ie duduk je boleh burn calories..

yes. kira normal sbb i 148 cm je haha. part lain dh ok cuma peha dn perut mcm buncit sikit. tak suka tengok.

Psl dh ramai obese yg kurus dgn sihat bila join program dia, so i recommend you ikut tips by him..
I bukan knowledgeable pon, passing info sahaja..

Kalau tinggal peha je, shape lah dengan senaman. Stretch sekali ilut yoga atau pilates, shapely lah nanti.

serius ke bnda ni brkesan? aku 44 kg je tpi rsa nk turun kn lgi sikit. tang paha tu
diet ni mmg berkesan... dikenali sbg carbo diet.. tapi kena tahan sikit la sbb mula2 start mmg susah.. dah buat jgn sekerat jln |

I think excercise and active lifestyle pun important untuk badan fit.
Kalau ikut pemakanan sahaja, tak berapa sihat gini. I pun mesti kena cari nasi juga. Hihi |

Sejak tau yang telur ni meningkatkan metabolisme badan, ai bekpes telur rebus 2 biji tiap tiap hari..... memang kenyang sampai tenghari, tak rase la nak kudap kudap in between tu...

xlalu dh mkn telo gitu2 jek....kok masak sambal ke masak lemak ke okay la...tp kena ada nasi lah...huhu
aku penah join atkins...seksa bab ketosis...tp lenni okay la..berat naek turun naek turun...xcapai target lagipon nih...lagi 8 kilo jek lagi...tp liat lah nak diet skrg nih...haha |
