malam tadi buat japanese cotton cheezecake lagi.. untuk bawak balik rumah MIL mlm ni. this time around, instead of using fresh milk masa cairkan creamcheese, i replaced dgn whipping cream.. rasanya lagi sedap, lagi lemak le..

ni masih dlm oven, naik membumbung..



bila dah kuar, turun sket le, tp still tinggi;

ala dik, kalo akak deco kek tu, sama je le mcm dlm avatar tu hehe pasal memang dah intend nak letak blueberi+raspery jam.. sedap kalo dicombine kan dua2 jem ni.. ada rasa sweet sour gitu.. mcm masam2 manis..

springform tu size 8 inch. tapi wa pakai telur 5 bijik je le pasal dulu pakai ikut resepi 6 bijik, ermm banyak adunannya, kena pasang kertas keliling loyang. sbb maleh, wa kurangkan telur tu so adunan tu naik just nice utk loyang ni.

banyak dah improvement cikna tak de lah asyik buat kek coklat moist je kan. asyik benda yang sama jemu jugak

kita tak pakar..
tapi kita jawab based on  personal preference
in general..bakar lagi sedap..tapi untuk bahan tertentu esp yg melibatkan bahan mentah berasaskan buah segar spt strawberry, peaches, durian, kiwi n seumpamanya lagi sedap chilled..
ape pun tgk gaya and kesedapan resepi gak la...

Rasanyer resipi guna whole egg.. and yes you can use normal loyang tapi better you lapik loyang dengan aluminium foil supaya senang nak keluarkan

utk wat Cotton ciskek tu pakai dua2...kuning and putih....cumer di asing kan ...dan telur putih tu dipukul asing...

kalau utk ciskek biasa yg pakai biskut sebagai base tu...pon pakai whole egg.....and tak asing kan kuning and putih telor...

saya wat ciskek pakai loyang biasa gak...pasal tak jumper lagik spring form yg leh muat oven saya nie...
(oven kecik je....) tp saya lapik la loyangtu dgn foil supaya senang nak kuarkan kek nanti...

mcm ni...

Thanks..hujung bulan baru boleh buat...ni budget dah lari...sbb hari tu saya belajar buat pizza ....lagi satu.....base bawah tu kena bakar dulu ke..........lupa pulak nak tanye sekali....anak saye nak suruh letak ceri yang ade tangkai tu....boleh tahan jugak costnye nanti...nanti kalau jadi buat, saye tempek gambar

kalau base jenis cookies/biscuits selalunya tak perlu bakar, just press saja..... if jenis pastry, ni ada yang bakar dulu.....
