ohh toasted coconut dgn  kelapa kering tak sama ya...rasa macam nak buat almond toasted coconut cookies...agak2 kalau tukar kelapa tu ke nestum ok tak sebab tak suka biskut yg ada kelapa.

Nak tanya pakar kat sini.. tak perna try cairkan choklat putih hari 2 try cairkan sekali berketul2 boleh tolong selesaikan masalah saya ni..t kasih..!

cara double boiler panaskan air sampai mendidih dulu pastu tutup api baru masukkan bekas berisi coklat putih......jgn dibiarkan api myala....nanti akan jadi berketul2....sbb dia tak leh cairkan ngan suhu yg tinggi tu yg jadi berketul....tak sama cam cara kita cairkan coklat biasa tu......qies guna cara ni .....

acuan buat tat gulung tu le....bergerigi aje depannya....kalo nak cantik guna acuan bunga dahlia le...tapi nak sempoi wat le panjang2 cenggini aje...cepat tu memang le cepat..press n tarik aje..

selalu tengok maklang buat shortbread pakai tray yg ada cutter die kan..ni ada lagi kemuskilan la! klu biskut da masak kemudian disejukkan kemudian nak tuang coklat cair tu kita nak kene cabut cutter tu dulu ke tidak sebelum menuang coklat yg dicairkan tu? klu jawapan die kene cabut, kan nanti coklat dia masuk kat lobang2 bekas cutter tu..? confuse ni..tolong jawab ye t kasih..

lepas masak biskut tu, cutter tu kena cabut le..jgn tunggu sejuk, nanti biskut bersepai...melekat...suam2 tu tanggalkan cutter tu...pastu curah aje coklat n start mencanting batik...pastu masukkan balik cutter tu semula....keje kena pantas kalo nak hasilnya cantik...sbb coklat cepat mengeras....

salam..budak baru belajar nak tanya..apa beza gula halus/gula kastor...ada biskut guna jenis gula2 ni...ker gula halus ni ..kita kisar gula biasa jadi halus ker....

gula yg dikisar dipanggil powder sugar..klu icing sugar ada campuran tepung jagung sikit & gula kastor ialah lebih halus dari gula pasir..bentuk dia sama..gula kastor sesuai utk buat kek tapi klu gula powder sesuai utk buat biskut..klu icing sesuai utk buat fondan, sugar paste & sbgnya..harap paham dgn penerangan ini..
