Terhibur la iolls baca semua komen komen kt sini . Tesengeh sengeh iolls tau .
Hubby i on diet under herbalife program. I rasa shake dia minum utk ganti meal tu bagus dah and hubby mmg count calories bila makan . 2 weeks time dah turun berat 6kg.
Baru td i olls bgtau dia pasl product FA nie . He said , mcm bagus je nak ganti snack time (sbb iools cukup la malas nak bawak bekal tiap keluar ) so soalan : mana nak beli product FA nie ? Call no kat iklan tu ke mcm mana ? Mmg dh jual ? |

macam mana berapa lama u boleh bertahan rasa lapar?
betul i kalau beli barangan dapur mmg i pastikan ingredient yg first tu yg baik2...kawan i pun cakap mcm tu...katakan garam ada kat depan2 atau minyak maknanya terlebih garam atau minyak..

2weeks??!! meols diyet tak makan nasi 2 bulan turun 8kg sajork! skrg coach kata kena eat clean and do exercise! produk fattah mcm helok.. and senang nak bawa kat mana2.. travel pun senang.. bosan gak makan oat sajork.. |

Fattah kata mrp tu boleh kurangkan lapar and tahan lapar almost 5jam. Sounds good. Sebab mcm meolls yg muda remaja (harus mention ) hormon segar bugar pertumbuhan otak dan organ masih aktif dan perlukan nutrien yg cukup ni, normally mmg sentiasa rasa nak makan je. Kekadang lps mkn nasik pukul 2 tetiba pukul 4 rasa nak makan cekodok pulak. So ingat eh kaka kaka produk ni bukan nya untuk hilangkan rasa lapar for the whole day. The keyword is just to 'kurangkan'. Nasi still perlu. Kalau untuk replace dinner mmg okay kot sbb dinner kan faktor utama kegemukan. Untuk yg selalu dinner after 7 lah. So itu pendapat meolls je. |

Kalau betul 1234u tu mcm yg fastyle post tu. Meol rasa fattah mesti suka lagu ni plus lagu ni sesuai sgt ngan dia. Lagu ni husband meol salu mainkan gitar dulu hikhik
