cadang nak beli dumbell & exercise ball..
contohnyer bagi list detail macam...
start dengan ape..berapa minit...pastu buat ape plak...berapa minit..camtu la..
sbb skrg ni just jalan2 atas treadmill...and buat sit up...
total sehari berapa min/jam untuk exercise tuk lose weight
sekarang dah tak jogging kat luar...
last time jogging...tak cukup nafas, cepat sangat penat and rasa mengantuk & letih sangat lepas jogging...
maybe salah kot cara jogging tu...xikut heartbeat...
and satu lagi...senaman apa sesuai nak kecikkan lengan and nak kecikkan kelebaran bahu nih...
upper body lagi besar dr lower body la..
pls bagi cadangan dan tunjuk ajar ye...

Jackie, I need to lose weight in 3 months... at least 20 kgs.
Do you think it's possible? ... dah desperate ni...am running out of time...
At the moment, the thing that I can do is brisk walking, and do stretchings / aerobics at home.
Going to the gym is not exactly a good option for now.
Of course, I have to watch my diet...that's for sure.. I'll be like rabbit for the next 12 weeks :bgrin:
I'm just worried that it would be too drastic... I've been watching programmes about people who lost weight drastically that their skin just hangs loose.. tak sempat nak kecut sekali dgn badan... aiiyoo, takut nyer!!

A few weeks ago I went with my friend to this beauty centre. We talked with one of the representative. I mentioned about going to the gym. THis lady cakap.. "Jangan pergi Gym.. nanti kalau u tak pergi, berat u naik berganda-ganda"
Ye ke cam tu? Kalau kita lama tak gi gym/work out.. adakah muscles that we have gained akan bertukar jadi lemak balik?
Mana lebih effective? Slim kerana gi slimming centre or slim kerana gi gym?

i got some problem la..
my kaki betis rase sgt2 sakit... kat tulang tuh...
semalam wa main futsal. tak sakit pun..
tadi wa gi bodycombat.. n at the end of the class rase sakit.. igt takde pape..
but till now sakit lagi..
why aaaaa??.. selalu wa gi combat takde sakit2..

kalau nak kurus.... guna tredmill tuh.... tapi heart rate kena between 65%-85% of maximum heart rate...
maximum heart rate = 220 - ur age.
so kalau jalan2 tak penat, heart rate tak naik..... tak efficient fat burning...
also guna la dumbell tu untuk weigh training... build muscle... kalau ada extra muscle, metabolisme naik...
pasal badan pulak... same la kita...
but cant really do anything about it... sebab dah dilahirkan dengan rangka macam ni...
lemak2 pulak... tanak pegi kat bontot, die nak pegi kat lengan.... so rase lower body kecik dari upperbody....
what im doing is bina muscle bontot and kaki....
and cuba hilangkan lemak? in general.....(nak ilangkan lemak takleh pilih spot mane...ikut nasib badan)
tapi belum berjaya .... sebab malas nak control makan... lemak burn... but lemak masuk balik.... :bgrin:
also pakai baju ketat sket... berbanding seluar... seluar jgn ketat, pakai loose?....

kalau nak prescripe exercise tu terlalu byk, mcm2 cara. fitball ni mcm2 boleh buat. http://www.wandererscricket.com/fitball.html . tu antara workout guna fitball. dumbell pun mcm2 boleh buat. susah nak describe satu1 kat sini.cuba check http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm utk cara guna dumbell beserta videonya.
cuma 1 je i bleh advise, jgn concentrate kat perut sahaja. buat overall body dlm training resistance. resistance x semestinya guna weight. boleh guna body weight as well. xde program yg boleh dikatakan the best workout tp i would recommend u to start with warm up (treadmill,jog n so on), then go to bit streching yg bergerak(bukan static), then go for body workout tp jgn start ngan perut. mungkin boleh start dgn dumbell/fitball, last baru ke perut, lepas abis boleh buat cardio workout at least 20 minit, then streching static. ni salah 1 procedure ringkas dlm workout. biasanya x lebih sejam. |

mmg x sihat gak turun terlalu cepat ni. yg sihat pun actually minimum patut cecah 1lbs body fat per week. boleh g sampai berkilo2, tp most of the weight lose maybe bukan lose fat tp lose water n probably muscle. muscle sure drop around 8% if doing cardio only. kalau without resistance training susah nak sustain muscle. utk jaga kulit, boleh amik lebih vitamin E,C, kalau xnak lose dramaticlly, make sure protein intake cukup. |

ada byk possibility, mungkin muscle bertambah atau yg bahaya bila bersenam, selera makan akan bertambah, time tu plak x jaga makan, gain weight pasal makan x jaga. so beware. i x recommend tgk weight, better if u tgk mirror, ada x perubahan |

actually not recommended utk buat workout without water. bahaya n bakar lemak jd x efektif. tp kalau dah xde choice, xpe, pergi n just do light workout utk sustain muscle. kurangkan cardio |

ckp ngan dia 'bullshit'. apa beza workout n slimming center bodoh tu? bila workout u akan improve overall health termasuk jantung, strength, endurance, body composition, tp kalau slimming center hanya improve body composition. u nak luar saja cantik, atau dlm cantik skali.
berat bertambah disebabkan byk factor, masa workout kita cenderung makan lebih kalori, bila stop workout makanan kita still sama, bila x dibakar akan bertukar jd lemak. utk jaga muscle, u must work. body manusia ni lebih cenderung utk tukar kepada fat, muscle ni cam enjin kereta, perlu diservice. so better maintain, bukan utk kelihatan cantik di luar sahaja. tp targetla utk kesihatan. kita makin lama makin tua, dlm perlu dijaga. |

trainer actually x bleh prescribe pasal sakit. tp i just call tell u ada beberapa possibility, muscle strain pasal over stress, x pun dah jd luka dalaman kat depan. x pun ada possibility retak. better check ngan doctor kalau makin teruk |
