La.. dekatnya kita... dulu2 sebelum pindah sini hb menyewa kat Taman Bukit Cheras... so ada gak Iman pi beli ikan kat kedai Jurugan.. meh le dtg rumah...

Rumah ni kami beli tahun Sept 2003... rumah dah siap pun.. org dah mula pindah masuk july 2003... kami beli dgn developer gak.. so masih lagi dpt rege sama... Fasa depan rumah Iman, Ihsan Iman dengar dah naik 260k.. padahal tak lama dr rumah kami...

Area bungalow tu jgn le cite.. dengar kata paling murah pun RM800K.... bukan taraf iman tu.. tak mampu le kita...

Rumah liz murah jer. Mmg liz sengaja pilih town sbb tak suka travel pergi keja jauh2.. dan rumah ni dekat dgn amenities

1. Dkt LRT/KOMUTER (boleh jalan kaki)
2. 15min ke KLCC.
3. Carrefour/GIANT/JAYA JUSCO/MAKRO semua dkt2.
4. Utk pelaburan.. sbb sini senang dpt tenant. Dpn rumah tak lama lagi ada office/shoplot..
so maybe harga boleh naik lagi.. pelaburan jangka panjang nie..

* Bila dah pencen sok maybe baru cari rumah landed atau buat sendiri kat kampung. Mmg bosan dok KL hiruk pikuk.

Ini standard la harga kat KL. Bila nak beli rumah.. tanya tempat dulu kat ne.. Kalau area mcm tu lily.. dah dpt agak harga berapa walaupun rumahnya / luasnya ciputt mcm sarang burung.

ye la mix...kalau boleh memanglah nak duduk banglo...sapa yang tak nak kan.

Tapi kalau nak duduk banglo jauh sangat...walaupun ada yang  lebih murah dari rumah teres.
Buat masa sekarang ni duduklah rumah ni...nak kerja senang, amenities banyak, , sekolah pilihan  dekat (ini top priority) .

Nanti kalau umur panjang,  anak-anak semua dah besar panjang, poket pun mengizinkan, bolehlah cari rumah impian.

akak ni area ampang...memang illiterate tentang subang.

Tapi banglo 400K tu relatively murah tu.  Bukan ke kat subang tu harga rumah sesak nafas jugak dibuatnya.

Semua tpt dah mahal termasuk Bkt Jelutong.. kota kemuning.. dulu dgr mcm apa jer. Now dah mahai2.
kalau nak murah sikit maybe leh ke Rawang. Bkt Beruntung.. Bungalow pun kira murah lagi..

comfortable cemana pun kakfie..still bukan rumah sendiri..

nash dah lama mengidam nak rumah sendiri..

kawan2 yang balik dari oversea sesama dgn nash sume dah beli rumah..

nash je masih terkedek2 cari rumah..

tambah2 dengar pulak banyak pemaju buat hal..lagi la dok pending je beli rumah ni..

sebenarnya dok subang jaya ni sebab nak dekat dgn mak..time tu tak de maid..nash lak time tu tengah preggy..

ada apa2 hal senang..hubby pulak tak menentu keje..kejap kat klcc kejap kat bangi..tu lom masuk outstation..

kakfie ada any suggestion cemana nak pilih rumah agar tidak tertipu..?

Relek la Nash..pelan-pelan cari rumah, tak yah kelam kabut....tapikan dalam kita dok slow and steady , harga rumah makin melambung-lambung.  Tensen betul.

Betul tu nash banyak pemaju sekarang tak reliable.  

Kalau nak selamat dari kena tipu ni kan nash...kenalah beli rumah "second hand".  Beli atas orang.  Itu kurang sikit risknya.

lagi satu kalau nak beli rumah baru...make sure developer yg ada good reputation...from my experience with 2 developers i.e Hong Leong & Lion Group - dua2 ok

Rawang pun dah tak murah sgt dah...tapi still boleh dpt below RM200k ler utk double storey house.  rawang town dah mula nak membangun skrg so hartanah pun dah mula naik sikit2..kalau nak beli area nih baik beli skrg...
tapi start kat serendah ke bukit beruntung mmg murah ler..bukit beruntung tu murah sbb jauh teramat...

last time juju beli tanah kat rawang at RM22 per sq ft...now dah naik sampai RM36 per sq ft...

Antaranya
1. Highway Gutrie dah siap - 20 minit dari Rawang ke Shah Alam
2. New proposed way kat Bandar Rawang...avoid Bandar Rawang
3. Komuter dari Rawang ke Ipoh

mmg banyak dah development kat that area
