sabtu lepas singgah kat nadayu... saje tgk2..... cantik (coz tgk show unit) tapi kecil dan mahal.... tingkat bawah takde bilik.... harga 443... rasa cam x berbaloi jer tp kalu berduit ape salahnya

Fya, bukan itu jer ke kondominiumnyer...yg depan rumah fya tu la..mana ada lagi..unit dia lum abis dijual, tu yg dia buat promosi sabtu n ahad semalam..karnival satey lagi tu..

Nadayu 92 sold out in a day

COMING hot off the heels of the success of its exclusive Nadayu Melawati development in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, Mutiara Goodyear Development Bhd last Saturday achieved 100 per cent sales at the launch of two phases of Nadayu 92 located next to the Kajang Hill Golf Club, Selangor.

"When we finished selling phase one and noted many more prospective buyers, we opened part of phase two so as not to disappoint those who turned up. We were surprised that the buying spree continued," said executive chairman Hamidon Abdullah.

"The take-up rate for Nadayu 92 exceeded our expectations. It also proved that our gated-andguarded concept with good communal amenities within a green environment, which is new to Kajang, is what people are looking for. So much so that when the buying started, our team had trouble coping.

"Young families with children came to buy. Our project concept appeals and our homes appear to be within their means. We will now accelerate all the future phases," he added.

A total of 145 units was sold at prices ranging from RM433,000 to RM1.023 million.

Nadayu 92, spanning 68.6 acres of freehold land, is accessible via the North-South Highway and Kajang Silk Highway.

Phase one comprises 119 units of double-, two-and-a-half- and three-storey terraces and is expected to be completed by 2012. In phase two, 26 units of double-storey terraces were released.

Other projects scheduled for launch by the developer include Nadayu 290 featuring high-end condominium units and villas on Penang island; Nadayu 28, a mixed development of residential and commercial units in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya; the remaining phases of Nadayu Melawati comprising bungalows, superlinks and semidees; and highrise residential units in Cyberjaya.

Pelangi Kondominium tu belum start construction lagi..dlm kawasan sama dengan  2 blok yang dah siap tu (yg 4 tingkat)..pagi tadi tanya kat Sales di Warta..dia cakap maybe lepas Tahun Baru Cina baru start construction..

    kat kajang... jln reko.. masuk tunnel cam nak g kajang hill golf.... sebelah ngan projek kajang 2 under metro.... kalu nak tgk rumah g leh tgk2... dgr kata area tu akan membangun... coz stesen komuter ukm & kajang akan tutup pindah kat depan stesen bas.... kalu jadi ler... mesti harga rumah akan naik lagi

    a'ah... masa g tu semua dah sold out... tp dorang bukak registration utk 2nd phase.... kata pegawai bank yg ader kat ctu (tgh promote housing loan)... mostly buyer dia chinese.... ..

    my neighbour cakap .... dia g kat prescot inn... kat ctu ade sales office utk project kajang 2.... maybe sales person yg cakap kot... sbb tu ai tulis...kalau jadi ler.... coz tu mungkin juga strategi developer jer nak upkan harga rumah... kalu jadi pun... entah2 10-20thn dr skrg kot

tak yah la nak mempercayai develepor yang kata nak pindah stesen komuter UKM dan kajang ke kawasan perumahan baru tu, itu semua strategi nak pancing pembeli rumah kat situ je, hanya cadangan, dan cadangan tersebut berkemungkinan hanya lah cadangan

itu la pasal dok tengok alam keliling kut2 nampak 10 tingkat kondo pelangi ni... mana tahu tup2 ruang kosong depan rumah saya naik kondo tu.... mana hutan pulak saya nak lari cari rumah lain.....       kwsn sekarang dah cukup damai....

Tapi kemungkinan tu tetap ada sebab tanah hutan depan Pusat Hentian Kajang tu milik Perbadanan aset Keretapi..kot2 diorg nak bangunkan..tapi jangan terlalu percaya, kalau nak kan kepastian boleh semak dengan Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa, biasanya diorg ada pelan guna tanah untuk PBT..
Developer Pelangi Kondominium tu Gabungan Niram Sdn. Bhd. Silalah semak track record pemaju sebelum membeli yer, takut konco jadi tugu peringatan nanti..

    kalu jadi pun entah bila..... tp x kisah coz x naik pung... kalau nak naik komuter... stesen ukm & kajang tu pun kira dekat jugak...cuma masalah jem je lah yg akan bertambah... terutama yg kat jln reko tu... blh menyebabkan punchcard merah jer pagi2....

    ade betulnya gak... metro kajang saje jer kot... nak upkan harga rumah dia... yelah yg baru launch nie pun 500k++ utk double storey 22 x 75..

tp kemungkinan nak buat komuter tu pun ader gak... yelah dpn stesen bas tu still hutan lagi.... tp entah2 50thn dr skrg...

    developer kan, surelah nak upkan jualan memasing hehehhe...

selagi nothing cast in stones boleh dengar jer... alignment utk MRT tu pon lom finalise lg... kalo dah award tender cam LRT extension pon leh tuko, inikan pulak masih di peringkat proposal.....

huhuhu, n there's always 2 parts in development... esp infra.... rege rumah yg kat stesen LRT naik, Putra Heights etc.. tp yg kene kat landsan dia, berebut gak org dispose... bising... LRT extension kat subang siap lalu celah condo yg kat subang parade tuh.... hehehhe sian depa, siap kene demolish tennis court lg...
