daku dh beli umah bharga 218K...bulan2 bayo 1200++..tp jauh skit aarrr....uhuhuhuhuh...mujur loan keta dh abiz bayo....kalo x...sosak nafas gak dbuatnya.....

kalau kat bdr teknologi kajang teres lama dlm 10 taun leasehold kat seksyen 3 tu harga 180k ok tak ek?luas 20x70.tgh deal dgn agen n owner..tu je la termurah yg dpt setakat ni huaa

    beli je yang mana rasa mampu, jangan beli kalo sampai kena catu makanan dan benda asas, memang tidak dinafikan harga rumah semakin lama semakin naik harga, tapi nak beli pun tengok jugak la pada kemampuan untuk nak bayar pinjaman, tak guna kalo beli rumah sampai 650k tapi hidup dalam kesengsaraan

    Kalau tgk lokasi tu ok la.. Tapi kalu x silap nih atas bukt yg dekat pencawang b4 tol Bukit Kajang tu ker? Lin penah tinggal di Kajang Utama, opposite Tiara park tu, yg problem sbb nak u-turn jauh. Kalu tgk kat peta tu pun, mcm kalu nak pergi KL kena u-turn di tol Bukit Kajang. Pastu kalau nak ke Bandar Kajang, sama ada bayar tol RM1 turun ke Jalan Semenyih atau kena u-turn turun ikut Jalan Reko. Kalau pocongkiutss x kisah ttg hal u-turn ni, rasanya lokasi dia ok. Org Kajang Utama dulu banyak complain sbb kena u-turn jauh.. Itu pendapat lin, bleh tgk pendapat forummer yang lain..

    Sorry.. Baru lepas tgk lagi skali, ada arrow rupanya.. Kalu tgk kat situ Tiara Parkhomes ni xde exit ke SILK highway. So, x de masalah la tentang u-turn tu.. Cuma keluar masuk dalam sket lalu ikut Jalan Semenyih tu jer...
