2 psl kena blacklist...
then bila reschedule balik payment x prompt...
thn 2007 dia bayar 2-3 kali jer..samala dgn last year..
2 psl now dah sampai stage akan diisytihar muflis
ni bukan soal dia bayar separuh ke x reena..aku x penah kuar sesen pun utk umah ni..
now bila dah ade prob baru nak suh aku bayar ni ape citer???nak suh kuar epf bagai...
nape dr mula beli umah xde nak suh aku bayar?now baru nak ckp umah bsama???

nape dah ada prob mcm ni baru nak suh dia byr...
lgpun ko cuma tlg tuk bg pinjam nama je...

benda ni ko kena berdepan dgn dia...bawa skali mak ko..and org yg abg ko hormati and takuti

baru terbaca kisah you ... kesian you kena aniaya abang sendiri.

tapi now you kena selamatkan diri sendiri. i nak suggest you pi minta nasihat lawyer, just find the nearest bar council legal aid centre (google aje). bawa semua dokumen whatever yg you ada (eg. agreement s&p, surat bank/saman dll)
pi sana minta nasihat lawyer. kalau you layak dpt free advice cuma kena byr yuran pendaftaran rm 2 aje.

ooo ko penama juga yer...mksudnya dlm geran umah ade nama ko juga ler cmni.

tp gaya ko kena kejar cam ko jd penjamin...biasanya penjamin yg kena teruk bila peminjam xleh byar.......

nak kuarkan nama bleh:
1) setelkan dulu outstanding 150k 2..then jual umah 2
2)refinance guna nama dia sorang..tapi dia xnak buat...then kalau refinance guna nama aku pyhla..esok aku yg kena bayar..aku xnak umah 2

1. hauzing lon 2 name

atas 2 name, bkn ko as gerentor kan...so mmg btolla kalu korg x baya lon tu, bank akan recover outsnding amount/debt dr korg...bank peduli hape psl korg punyer "understnding' bahwe abg ko akan setel sumer loan tuh...


2. abg ko x baya hauzing lon, padehal ade 'understnding' ko tolon die mase wat lon, pastu die akan baya lon tuh...

malang la naseb ko dpt abg cmtu...umpama melepaskan hanjeng yg tesepit...

3. mak plak x paham cerite sbena...

mmg la x paham, dah abg ko citer laen, ko citer laen.. cobe ko g balik kg, lagi bagos mase tu abg ko ade...time tu citer balik crite sbena dr mule, cmne abg ko nk wat lon x lps, ko tpakse tolon die ngan masokkan name ko skali, pastu die da stuju nk setelkan loan tu, tp die x baya, pastu bank nk saman, blalalala...

4. bank nk saman, umah nk kene lelong, blacklisted, benkrapsi...

bape outstnding amount?...bank da issued saman ke blom?...korg bley elakkan saman kalu baya outsnding amount, mcm abg ko wat sbelum ni, reshedul...kalu da kompom abg ko x nk apatmen tu, die pon bkn dok kt aptmen tu, korg jual je aprtmen tu....kalu jumpe buyer, bley inform bank...bank msti stujuk, janji utang setel... kalu korg x dpt setel oustnding amount, bank akan call off loan, whole loan jd due & payable, bank akan saman utk whole amount loan, dlm mase yg same akan lelong apartmen tu, kalu dpt jual, differen sum jela yg korg stil utang ngan bank (umah lelong msti lagi murah dr outstnding loan)...tp smentare benk nk saman, korg bedua blacklisted, dah kene saman ade possibiliti jd bengkrap la...


so beter korg mcm mane pon setelkan outsnding amount, dlm mase yg same carik buyer apatment tuh....

korang ada iras2 tak? kalo ada ko curi IC dia... ko pinjam kat along 150K guna ic abang ko...untuk bayo tunggakan.

nasik jadik buburlah, mungkin ko muda lagi masa buat keputusan nak share beli apartment tu,
kesimpulannya dgn adik beradik jgn share2 beli rumah sbb hakmilik jadi beersama boleh gaduh, terutamya lelaki malas bayar n selfish.
biaslah mak bapak selalu menangkan anak lelaki, ini tidak adil, bila mak bapak sakit panggil anak pompuan jugak suh jaga, kah kah kah.
harta sendiri dgn duit sendiri lebih baik, hati senang dan iada campur tangan org lain.tiada ungkitan.

jual ajelah apartment itu @ sewa, lagipun u tak duk situ.
