Fitness for new beginner
Jackie,
Previously, I exercise sikit2 kat rumah.
Lepas raya ni baru join gym.
One thing i notice, I takde stamina.
Ingat nak join classes kat gym tu, tp tgk semalam, i rasa if i join now, blh pengsan gamaknya. kena jugak build stamina first.
Usually, how long do we build our stamina?
I pun baru nak berkenal2an ngan gym equipment..so far, naik treadmill, stepper ngan ecleptical (betul ke jea)
for weight training, usually i guna dumb bell je kat rumah..
kt gym tu, so far, i guna yg for upper tummy je la..sebab masih tak berapa reti nak guna equiment lain.
can u advise on a training program for beginners..
so far, i can only allocate about one hour je la kat gym, max..sebab pergi lunch time.
so far, i pergi hari2 except for the time i was outstation or weekends. |

jackie, dlm 3 bulan cuma buat low calorie diet, n x senam so skrang dah tak ada mood nak diet sbb fat percentage ttp sama. mesti nak exercise jugaklah kan?

bila cutdown calorie, bdn akan cuba menyesuaikan diri ngan that calorie. camna nak bakar fat kalau x bergerak? i x tau apa benda ab king pro tu, kalau benda yg pakai melilit kat badan tu semua melalut, kalau ada movement ok lg la |

boleh build stamina ngan treadmill, or other cardio machine. x perlu terlalu laju, jgn terlalu slow. same concept ngan fat burning, jgn sampai termengah2.slowly increase intensity n time by day.. aerobic class biasa bercampur2. rhytym x bleh nak follow sgt.
kalau nak suggest satu1 machine susah. tp my suggestion, u buat weight training dulu sebelum buat cardio. lg cepat toning dari buat cardio dulu. penggunaan machine boleh refer ngan trainer di sana. boleh buat dlm average 15reps dgn berat bertambah |

Jackie, kalau buat toning dulu baru buat cardio, kita akan lagi cepat build stamina ke?
ke body lagi cepat toning?
basically, my goal is for fitness..if i lose weight, it is a bonus.
tp nak tone body la sikit2.
and of course, nak reduce body fat..body fat i tinggi..34% |

Hmm..
I have been unwell for a few days and while I was sick, I tak berapa makan and makan tak menentu. Mostly, perut refuse to accept food, walaupun rasa macam ok.
Then, I wanted to get back into exercising and I felt really tired and tak larat sangat. Every moment seemed like a joke. Berpeluh pun tak nak sangat. unlike kebiasaan, i would sweat and my body would feel so energetic. Ni rasa tak bermaya jer.
Kenapa ye? WHat did I do wrong? OR what should I hve done? Any advice? |

Nenek, sama la kita!
This whole week, I tak gi gym sebab demam, sakit tekak and selsema. Even though I think I can, but then a friend suggested not to coz she said badan i actully letih.
Pg smlm rasa teruk sgt so I makan panadol, but by malam, i rasa energetic sikit..
I think u letih and tak bermaya sebab tak cukup makan.
Smlm i makan byk, for bfast, i makan nasi lemak separuh, dok cilok my friend punya..lepas tu kita org makan roti bakar..lunch i makan penne tonno..dinner i makan nasi 2 genggam with ikan bilis goreng and telur gorneg separuh masak.
i bila sakit takleh makan nasi byk2 sebab nanti sakit perut..tp bila teringin makan nasi, makan la sikit..
makan supplement tak? i took vitamin C..and i minum hibiscus tea to cool my body..it worked for me.. |

combination lg cepat build stamina. biasanya i x guna istilah toning. toning ni general. i use weight training/or anaerobic activity. rasanya ada terangkan reasonnya dlm part2 sbelum ni. when u start 1 activity u akan burn glucose for ur energy, apa yg u makan sbelum workout. bila cecah 1 stage baru body akan burn fat. better u use that energy utk weight lifthing at the same time build muscle. then bila glucose abis, terus burn fat kat cardio. ni explanation paling simple la. |

bila sakit, berehat la. bila sakit ni body berada pada tahap lemah, antibody pun down. so bila buat workout ia akan jd makin worse. jgn force ur body.
i'hv been diet for about 3 weeks. berat tambah 13kgs. not bad. |

pandai la ko jackie...i rasa pemakanan jugak menyebabkan berat badan bertambah kan
i pun berat gak..tapi maintin la.
nak senam ni malas la...senam pun time kemas umah..nak g jogging ke atau gym ke...tak larat la |

Can anyone advise gym area setiawangsa/kl?? My fren yg pergi ff selalunya hangat2 tahi ayam....Plus, they said the fee is expensive..
I need to lose weight and to firm part of my body...

why? kebanyakan research support utk elak kecederaan. basiccaly warmup ni ada 2 type, general warmup cam cardio. specific warmup ialah buat apa yg kita nak buat cam weight training ngan lebih ringan n high reps. menyediakan badan utk game seterusnya |
