I dh pergi & stop gym..sebabnya, i kalau pergi gym, mesti nak gi sauna..i rasa tak berbaloi bayar mahal2 tak gi sauna after naik treadmill, stepper semua tu la..
now dh nk try pregnant..so i nak tanya what kind of exercise is suitable for pregnant ladies.
dulu2, i byk jalan je..nowadays, work wise, mmg tak sempat la nak jln if sampai rumah malam..weekends boleh la..
swimming tak boleh sebab i tak pandai swim..hahahahha |

lately sakit tul kat punggung sebelah kanan dekat bwah pinggang...sharp pain. Mybe silap technic masa buat stepper. Tapi masa perform exercise tu tak sakit pulak..bila time kat office datangbalik sakitnya..dah telan ubat saraf sebiji pun lambat hilang. Apa la nk buat..nk jalan pon terjengkit2. |

perkara yg patut dielakkan ketika pregnant ialah squat. squat merbahaya n boleh mengubah kedudukan plasenta.
perkara yg perlu diambil kira lg ialah perubahan kadar nadi rehat. kadar nadi rehat akan bertambah during pregnancy.
senaman sepatutnya dikurangkan jika berlaku pening n so on.
cardiovascular training sgt penting ketika pregnant n streching juga sgt penting. ada yoga practis utk pregnant which is very good.
perubahan hormon penyebabkan fat lebih senang naik.
perubahan berat bdn pd perut boleh menyebabkan lower back week. lower back adalah part need train
utk program ni ada various program utk every trimester. better ada sorang specialist jaga ketika trimester ke3 |

melangkah besar ni terpulang pd program. ada yg memerlukan besar. bila bukaan besar bahagian strech different. target area pun berubah. bukaan kecil lebih sasarkan quad n less strech in ur hams.

bab2 sakit x boleh prieskrip kat sini. maybe muscle pain. bila perform stepper primeover dah berubah, bila stop stress kat situ. |

Dah stop gym seminggu utk recover balik muscle pain. Amik ubat dari doktor dan berehat.
Badan rasa bertambah berat...adui..kena buat exercise yg low impact lepas nih. Jackie pls advise low impact exercise...ya. |

akak punya tirus tu gifted tu kak...bukan pasai naik tangga ja...
ha saya ni...pueh gak naik tangga...tapi tak tirus gak lagi...sakit pulak yg dapat.
La ni..ubah sikit pemilihan gym machine..
kena mulakan dng threadmill...15 min lepas tu weight lifting 3 jenih yg mudah jer
wave pulak 15 min then weight lifting lagi....lepas tu kayuh basikal pulak 1 min lagi...
ni kat office ni dah kengkang balik...adui..kaki ni tak bole buat yg berat2... |

is it true kalo dah exercise2 ni...muscle dah terbentuk, bila stop that muscle will mengeleber n kelihatan cam lemak??? cthnye cam org bina badan or ahli sukan ni kalo berhenti training unk sebulan camtu, akan kelihatan 'tebal' je badan..bukan gemuk tapi mcm tebal isi...hehe

like i said before, understand why, bila kita workout, muscle akan terbentuk. muscle need more energy to sustain, so u tend to eat more. bila u stop workout, selera makan x menurun, n u still eat same amound camna u workout dulu. so extra energy yg x digunakan tu akan disimpan dlm bentuk lemak. anaerobic dlm bdn akan drop dlm jangka 5 ari. bila muscle tu x digunakan, body x perlu menahan dia daripada hidup. n need activity berterusan utk jaga otot tu |

dah byk kali reply benda sama. jumping rope ni ikut individu, bila kita buat jumping rope kena tgk heart rate berapa tinggi dia akan jump. kalau kita buat n then nafas jd tercungap2, maknanya x sesuai ngan kita. lemak xkan terbakar tp berat comfirm akan turun disebabkan pembakaran kalori yg tinggi. kalau ur target utk kurus sekurus2nya, mungkin boleh buat jumping rope ni. kalau case yg dah berumur, possibilty utk drop body fat ngan rope pun agak susah. |
