arini tetibe rindu dekat kolam renang, dah lama xswim. tengah tensen2 mmg best nk swim. leh release tensen. even kalu g stakat main2 air aje... bile ek dapat g swim..

Daniel Bego tenggelam awal


NEW DELHI - Para perenang negara ' tenggelam ' awal pada Sukan Komanwel di sini, apabila lima daripada enam daripada mereka gagal melepasi peringkat saringan di Kompleks Renang Dr. S.P Mukherjee, semalam.

Jaguh negara, Daniel Bego gagal melepasi peringkat saringan acara 200 meter kuak kupu-kupu apabila sekadar menduduki tempat kelima dengan masa 2:01.02s pada saringan kedua.

Cuma Chrishtina Loh membawa berita ceria, apabila memperbaharui rekod kebangsaan acara 50m kuak dada yang diciptanya sebelum ini.

Kepantasan 33.39s yang dicatatkan pada saringan kedua semalam, memadamkan rekod sendiri sebelum ini 33.42s.

Perenang acara 200m gaya bebas wanita, Chan Kan Yan pula hanya mampu setakat saringan ketiga acara tersebut apabila menduduki tempat enam dengan masa 2:05.78s.

Kevin Yap turut hampa dalam acara 400m gaya bebas lelaki, apabila menduduki tempat keenam dalam acara saringan dengan masa 4:03.25s manakala Erika Kong

setakat ni alex lim jele yg hebat di kejohanan selain sukan SEA.

tp haritu time tgk yg relay 200m tu, biasanya swimmer kita leh seiring je, cuma last 30m tu mula la dah tertinggal

hmmm..... diaorg ni mesti rasa mcm rendah diri sangat2... tgk swimmer lelaki india ada yang better time dari swimmer laki msia. macam  mana lak nnt sukan asia lak....

even rekod kebangsaan pun ramai xdapat pecah.. selalu dapat pecah masa time sukan sea aje.. mungkin tahap keyakinan tinggi kat sukan sea.. ni bile komenwel je.. ala ala tenggelam terminum air kolam je aku tgk.. geram pun ada...

msia dah xanto swimmer2 g training kat oversea ke mcm alex lim dan lain2 lagend dulu..?

patut banyakkan competition masuk.. bagi diaorg ni ada keyakinan yang cukup.. ni bile kejohanan beso je... swimming macam org tertelan air.. betul x?

betul gak tu. kebanyakan atlit skrg yg perform2 pun mesti banyak based kat luar cam cycling, squasy sume tu

rasanye sukan cam renang camni mmg kena bg dorang training kat luar. agaknye persatuan tak cukup bajet kot.

tp india time komanwel ni dasat gak lak, maybe semangat jadi tuan rumah kot. Ping pong pun dpt masuk final, badminton smlm pun not bad gak.

9/10/2010 - Kompleks Sukan

Lebih kurang pukul lima lebih, dalam bilik persalinan - buat warming up segala di bawah bimbingan sorang jurulatih (macam nak masuk pertandingan )

Lepas tu, nak simpan beg dalam locker, kunci locker pulak patah! Last-last biarkan beg atas kaunter simpan barang

Then, masa turun ke air, takde rasa takut ke apa ke cuma dok peratikan orang. Jurulatih ajar teknik buat pernafasan guna mulut dalam air. Masalahnya tak relax, jadi fail! Siap termasuk air dalam peparu, sampai tersedak .

Cakap kat jurulatih, give me 5 minutes untuk practise sendiri. Bila dia datang balik dah boleh buat.

Lepas tu berlatih cara pernafasan dalam air melalui mulut lagi. Kali ini, tanpa memegang dindng swimming pool. Yg ni agak sukar, sebab setiap kali menyelam, mesti cepat nak timbul balik. Jurulatih cakap, sebab you tak blow pernafasan dgn sempurna, so air yang ada tu, tolak balik body ke atas.

So, minggu ni itulah basic yang diajar. He told me to practise sendiri before next week class.

Utk berjaya dalam swimming ni kena banyak berlatih dan tanya orang.
Mungkin ko rasa takut kot nak keluarkan semua udara dalam paru2 that's why tak boleh menyelam.

Apa yg boleh dibuat ialah dgn memblow udara secara perlahan-lahan di dalam kolam dan menyedut nafas.
Buat selama beberapa minit sehingga kandungan karbon dioksida berkurangan di dalam badan kemudian barulah boleh menyelam.

Betul ke karam teknik aku nih?
Kalau salah tolong betulkan sebab aku bukan cikgu renang.

    bole gak gan cara mcm tu... but rasanya kalu betul2 nk terapung... cuba relex.. jgn mengelabah... sebab lagi mengelabah lagi berat badan korang.... so memblow pelahan2 tu pun penting... thanx kluangman...

The following are the useful tips for you to follow:                          

                              
  • When you start to put your face in the water, release a little bit of your air once through your nose to block the water from entering your nose.

  • Your mouth should be closed whenever your face are in the water.

  • Whenever your face is down, try to hold your air or if you have difficulties just release bit by bit (not continuous) through your nose. This is because the more air in your body, the more buoy you are.

  • When you start to turn your face for air, you start to exhale either through your nose or both your mouth and nose. This is because by the time your face breaks the water surface, you have just release whatever air in your lung and the timing is just right for you to inhale. The other reason for you to do this is because there's also a pressure difference when you turn your face from the water to the air. Whenever there's a pressure difference, the water will get in your nose especially.



If you follow the tips above and do it with rhythm, you will be able to focus and keep your mind in RELAX MODE for a very long time. When your mind is not panic, your body is also not as hard as a rock. This will helps you to focus better and thus perform better especially when you learn a new skill.
