boleh kakliza tahu sukatan bahan resepi tu..
sebab kakliza belum pernah cuba resepi yg sue buat tu...

ini resepinye...selalu buat mmg ok..sedap dan lembut..tp smlm wat jadi mcm luar dia rapuh/ crunchy, dlam tetap lembut..and bila mkn tuh mcm berminyak..skit..

Donut Suria _ modified by Sue
3 cwn tepung gandum
3 sudu mkn susu tepung
2 sudu mkn shortening
1 sudu mkn butter
1 sudu mkn gula castor
1 biji kuning telur
200 ml air suam
2 sudu mkn yis mauripan..

masuk semua bhn kecuali air & butter... ramas & gaul sampai jadik mcm serbuk then baru masukkan air suam.. uli lagi.. bila dah sebati but still melekit masukkan butter.. uli sampai lembut & tak melekit gentel bulat & biar 1/2 jam baru goreng.. memang gebu & teramat lembut... kena makan masa
suam2 tu memang sedap (mkn panas2 kang rosak gigi)....lembut sampai ke ptg...

montel pun suka buat donut resepi suria dimodified sue..lembut tul..paling senang n sedap..baru2 ni balik kg pun buat kat mak..

ni donut yang nunu try resepi kak noor masri. best!!! jiran2 pun puji.. (sebab lembut n sedap sebab tu bagi kat depa sket. kalau tak jangan harap... ekekekek). lembut n kembang tak hengat... check2 rupa2nya terguna self raising flour bukannya tepung gandum biasa... hehehhe.. so, moralnya, lain kali buat donut guna tepung naik sendiri ni memang best!!

pakai self raising flour yek....emm ini sudah bagus nih nunu....natey plan nak buat donat jap lagi..anak2  start sekolah esok nih, boleh le derang bawak bekal .ari tu buat tak lembut sangat...(tapi lincin gak satu pinggan..hihi)...maybe sbb tak pakai shortening kot...tak jumpa lagi shortening kat sini...or maybe sbb tak cari betul2...

tran fat nie mcm lemak tepu yg degil piang nak hilang dlm badan tu..exercise ler mcm mana pun kalau byk tran fat dlm badan nie..mmg x terbakar le fat2 tu haa... lemak  nie jgk le selalu kasi org mati tegezut ...nampak sihat je..tapi kat dlm jantung dah sumbat...

maaf le kalau iklan nie mengganggu ketenteraman esp bila nak makan yg manis dan berlomak tu (santan ..byk lemak tepu tuh...tapi kita org melayu nie tak makan makanan bersantan , payah la kan..ganti susu , tak sama lah..).., teringat lak.. potong stim betul....hihi...

apa2 pun..in moderation lah..makan sikit2 takde hal.....insyaAllah...

natey, nunu tak taruk shortening pun. just guna bahan asas: self raising flour+ fresh milk+gula+mentega+telur+yis segera.

tak pakai shortening pun boleh tersangat lembut ala awww  gak ke nunu...or lembut gitu2 aje...hihi...natey buat semalam, pagi nie dah tak selembut cam semalam dah...natey pakai BM uli. cuma masa peram 2nd time tu, tak lah sampai 30 min..lam 15 je kot...budak2 dah tak sabar nak makan...

a'a..natey buat semalam ikut k.liza nyer resepi lah....instead pakai 100g self raising flour tu, natey upkan ke 200g. cuma natey pakai white flour+wholemeal sikit.....and tang coklat tu, natey guna milk choc+butter, so dia tak lah berkilat kilat mcm k.liza nyer donut.......

thanks kak liza nanti dewi nak try lah.. bukan apa ari tu terlebih beli lak tepung tu.  

btw dewi ada borak kawan dewi sorang chef yg kerja kat int hotel semalam. sajer korek rahsia cam ner nak buat donut lembut cam kat dunkin donut tu. dia cakap buat cam biasa jer tapi dia ada mention dia buat donut buh Bread improver. maybe dewi nak try lah jugak nanti.  nanti dewi kasi report kat sini. cuma takut gak lah kalau buh baking powder buh,  yeast buh bread improver lagi .. mau naik tinggi gunung doh tu nanti.
