First time buat flan.

Resepi very simple:

1 Can Evaporated milk
1/2 can condensed milk
3 biji telur
1 sudu besar vanilla essence

Heat oven 350 F (175 Celcius). Masukkan semua bahan kat atas dalam blender, blend just until mix. Bake for 45 to 1 hour cara double boiler or bain-marie.

Lepas tu, tuang ler caramel atau anything you like kat atasnya.

Tak yah pakai custard. Yg dlm gmbr I tu saja I bubuh pouring cream. Buat make up je bila nak bergambar tu. Mkn gitu je pun sedap....

Akak skrg berkira2 nk buat makanan yang sedap2,  lebih2 lagi yang kena masuk oven.....

Semua barang makin naik........camana?

Yang ader kat sini cuma buat jamu mata  jer nampaknya........

Yes Rimbun.......cuma kurangkan condense milk. I pakai satu tin penuh...kurangkan sikit. Sebab too sweet for me lah. But it depends on your tastelah.

Guna oven (bakar) tapi teknik bain-marie or double boiler (guna dua loyang, satu besar, satu lagi untuk flan, masukkan air panas lebih kurang 1/2 inci dalam loyang besar, dan letak loyang flan dalam air panas) . So flan masak very slow macam kukus.

just nk share lah..
pada sapa yg nk wat puding rainbow marble tu kan..
if takdak serbuk agar-agar..boleh ganti dgn agar-agar biasa [string] sebanyak 37.5gm [peket]
semalam saya dah cuba..tekstur tak lari..kental gak..
cuma gula tu mesti dikurangkan..ikut asal sure manis melecaih..
so saya letak 420gm...manis boleh tahan..kalau 400gm pun rasanya ok kot..
oh yaa..sukatan air tak berubah..stick asal..

Bahan2:
1) 6 gelas air kelapa muda (dgn isi die skali)
2) 6 gelas air kosong
3) sepeket agar-agar yang kecil tuh (tak ingat bape gram)
gula secukup rase

Cara2:-
Masakkan agar-agar dgn air td tuh, menggelegak je/masak je agar2, terus masukkan air kelapa td, dgn isi die. lepas tu kacau sekejap, tutup api, terus masuk dlm acuan die. Jgn masak air kelapa tu lame sgt, nnt isi kelapa tu hancur. Dah siap, masuk dlm peti sejuk..
