Padahal jual murah2 half price dpt jugak balik modal. Silap2 masih untung. Bukan mahal pon tanah masa depa beli.

Dia org kan target untung 300%....tamak nau.. Kat sini pun banyak rumah x terjual.. Tp under genting kalo x silap.. Dlm byk x laki lg.. Msh ade under construction tuk rumah.. Pelik2..

Betul. And i yakin developer ni smua ada byr politician certain amount. Kdg2 smpai i terfikir, ahli politik mana je dpt merasa syurga? Smua pakat aniaya rakyat. Dekat spain klau xsilap i, rumah2 kosong yg x ada penyewa or penghuni, kerajaan depa ambik alih n sewakan murah2 sbb xnk kes lambakan mcm ni. Klau u tgk new projek, utk high rise skrg ni trend sekali bina 1000unit ++, jualan rm450k paling murah tu pon kdg2 dpt 2 bilik jah. Alasan developer hrga tanah mahal. Masalahnya depa beli masa murah. Patut nya kerajaan buat la something xboleh untung lebih than 30% dari harga tanah misalnya.

Rumah landed pulak semua nak buat style township. Strata , leasehold starting 600k. Ada township starting 700k mcm elmina. Diaorng ni sedar diri x? Pekerja depa hat degree holder gaji starting 3.5k ke ?? Siapa yg mampu beli rumah harga tu? Ke tokey cuci duit yg duk beli smua rumah tu?? Betul2 xlogik

Lg bangang nak beli subsale, kena ada 20% pulak. Lepas tu rumah subsale dah 15thn , leasehold harga sama mcm rumah baru

Kesimpulannya puak itu bukanlah pandai sgt meniaga. Cuma mindset org kita dari dulu asyik ckp diorg pandai meniaga. Padahal sebenarnya asyik bankrap saja. Yg buka bisnes cuci duit pun bersepah.

Cyberjaya ok ...hospital cyberjaya pon nak buka x lama lagi...

Apa2 pon pkok bunga kena tany diri sendiri beli utk apa n aim apa....

Mcm SG dah penah duk centre kl...so bila duk And beli rumah area berdekatan sg buloh/puncak alam, SG rasa ok n best...weekend x jam...jaringan jalan byk...kalau kata weekend nak jenjalan memana senang je nak pegi...setakat shopping mall tu shah alam macam2 ada, pastu bkn kita nak gi mall like everyday/every week kan...mcm xde life pulak...hahha

Pokok bunga try laa kaji2 area kawasan nak beli...contoh kalau dr rumah tu ke office, perjalan bape lama...boleh check kat google map or waze...

Setia alam tu sbb depa develop dulu...so kemudahan dah byk n mall pon ade dekat2...tu yg jadi mahal...mmg standed mana2 kawasan perumahan diorg akan start harga murah dulu sbb stat dgn xde apa2...lepas tu bukak fasa2 baru, akan jadi makin mahal

Thanks selena, aim for retirement hse.. dah oenat duk kaw busy .. ni ingat nk rumah besar and ada tanah sikit.. rumah skrg landed hse gak tapi intermediate, dah abis byr, ingat nnt rumah yg dah abis byr ni nk buat sewa jer utk income in future... area cyberjaya tuh takler sesak sgt and ada lar sikit mall, dekat dgn tot riadah nearby to putrajaya.. tu yg tgh riki2 tu

Haaa betul...pokok bunga same tot with me...SG sebab membesar kat centre KL...mmg dah bosan duk kawasan jam n bz....

Bila dah mampu beli rumah, mmg sengaja cari area luar skit dr KL but still reachable..,kawasan yg tenang2 ...for me KL sesuai utk org baru nak stat keje, surely balik keje pon lambat...so stay KL better la sbb malam dah x jam..,but bila dah ada kemampuan, kita lari jauh skit dr KL..,gittchewww
