Buat lagi wadey kepeng tapi kali ni buat kecik-kecik jer sebesar duit 5 sen sebab haritu tengok cousin buat kecik-kecik jer. Before ni maisya dok buat besor duit 20 sen tu ha...dan kali ni tekan sikit jer ikut nasihat shida..

tak tau le belah utara je ke apa, tapi masakan org banjar...kena tanya shida or kak yan le sebab depa lebih ariff . Maisya ni tau pun sebab hubby org banjar.

Kat mana plak soulha post resepi bubur chacha haritu ye... . Nie maisya buat second time, kali ni buat halus-halus jer, pewarna pun bubuh sikit jer so tak berapa nampak

ok dah kiut miut ...sedap jer bila tambah sagu tu..soulha suka sngt bubur yg ada sagu2 nie....ehh soulha letak kt dessert salah rumah kot..tk pun nk rasmi rumah baru...

My husband suka sangat dengan bubur kacang hijau.  I try buat tapi susah nak dapat just the right balance.  

Senang makan kat kedai je.  Ada one restaurant kat Sungai Buloh sedap bubo kacang ijau dia.  

But teringin nak masak for my husband.  

If anyone here ada tips please let me know.

chemp pakai rock sugar dan caster sugar, dan daun pandan.... for me lebih sedap, not too sweet..... and boleh campur sagu tapi bubur jadi agak pekat......

Bubur

Last weekend buat bubur pisang/pengat/serawa.



kalau org johor panggil pengat, tapi org kedah panggil serawa..

Bahan2.

Sesikat Pisang Raja/Pisang kapas/Pisang ABu(Pisang dipotong kecil (potong 4)
1/2 buku gula merah
1 kotak santan harmoni
500 liter air (agak2)
1 senduk sagu - basuh
2 ikat daun pandan

cara2:
masak air bersama gula merah dan daun pandan..
Bila dah larut, masukkan sagu dan santan
masukkan pisang
kacau hingga mendidih.. dan pisang masak.
angkat...

sedap dimakan bila disejukkan dlm peti ais

Selamat mencuba...

bubur nasi untuk orang demam.
ni antara topping2nya..

kangkung goreng
telur goreng yang digulung, dipotong
bawang goreng
isi ayam yang disiat siat
daun sup
minyak bijan
