pg td buat binet,donut peranchis..caranya sama cam buat kulit krim paf tp letak gula. pastu goreng..sedap sbb ada rasa lemak susu



ini resepinya
binet/freach doughnut

Ingredients:

180 gm. water
180 gm. milk
100 gm. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
240 gm. plain flour
60 gm. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla essence
4 nos. eggs

For dusting: 100 gm. very fine sugar + 1 tsp. cinnamon powder

Method:

(1) Boil milk, water, butter and salt together till simmering boil.
(2) Pour in all the flour, take the pan off the heat and stir vigorously till it combines into a dough.
(3) Return dough onto stove and stir till dough leaves the side of the pan.
(4) Pour into a mixing bowl and let it cool till warm till break in the eggs and beat till smooth, adding eggs one at at time.
(5) Add in vanilla essence and put dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
(6) Brush some greaseproof paper with shortening and then pipe the dough onto the paper.
(7) Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry doughnuts till golden brown. Take it out and leave it on top of some kitchen towels.
(8) Coat doughnuts with cinnamon sugar

p/s : dalam resepi,tak jumpa lak bila masa letak gula tp saya letak masa step (1). oleh kerana tak boleh angkat adunan yg dah dipipe atas kertas minyak,saya pipekan terus ke dalam kuali

Yang ni sama ngan churros, spanish donut tu kan. Churros tu diaorang suka dip dlm special hot chocolate yang pekat. Nampak dlm tv programme Lonely Planet sedap pulak diaorang ni makan.

baru lepas wat donut resepi suria yang dah dimodified oleh sue...tapi cam berminyak sikit la...tak tau la kot hannan tersilap mengadun...mungkin api kecik kot ...tapi memang lembut...abissssss

kalau donut tu berminyak selalunya berpunca dr doh kita tu..kalau kita biarkan terlalu lama doh tu diperam..maksudnya mcm sehari suntuk kita peram..doh tu akan lebih menyerap minyak semasa menggoreng....n cuba elakkan api terlalu slow sbb tu yg minyak diserap ja..klu bleh api agak sederhana..balik2 kan agak kekuningan terus angkat..tapi nabia bukan expert ehhh..wallahualam..nih nabia dpt trough experience

rasanya sebab si twins ni menangis tadi ...jadi terlambat goreng..so mengepak lah si donat tu..
api slow jugak mungkin ye...sebab guna non stick pan.. sebab nak goreng banyak ....non stick kan lambat panas..tapi akak buat sebelum ni elok jadinya..

heheh....hari ni saya bua donut guna resepi kak NOorMasri...yg pakai  egg yolk tu...mmg lebut sangat....w/p dah sejuk,tp donat menten lembut. ....

gmbr...err...tak sempat nak snap dah licin .....hidang utk anak2 makan lepas balik sekolah tadi....anak2 saya sekolah petang...

ni saya penah cuba beberapakali tak tau kenapa tak menjadi saya masukkan dlm oven yang baru di offkan suis lepas bakar roti...doh tu tak naik lawa pun...
ni petua dari sorang chef letak donut tu dlm oven rak atas, rak bawah letak air panas baru mendidih dlm bekas lain  loyang ke apa ke dan tutup oven donut akan naik cantik...
di ips tempat kita orang belajar macam2 tu pun ada satu machine dia panggil apa ya...kira utk menaikkan roti lah sama gak function dia ala-ala pengukus tapi bukan pengukus..roti naik cepat..kira kalau letak roti sandwich biasa tu pun boleh panas dan senang nak lenyek..bila belajar buat sosej roll guna roti hari tu lah...

CM NE NAK BUAT DONUT YNG LEMBUT N DLAM DIE MCM ADE RUANG2 UDARE BANYAK TU....SO DONUT TU AKAN JADI LEBIH SEDAP..

haa semalam wat donut suria utk tea time.....dalam cheese luar dip chocolate, white choc tu actually ganache balance dlm fridge tp bila melt balik oily sikit

Tadi Cup pegi tengok Blog Yochana's Cake Delight..Tengok donut yg dia buat pakai doughnut machine....Resipi ni tak guna yeast.
Tak tau lah kalau ada sape2 dah pernah letak resipi nih....Cup tak pernah try tapi nampak mcm sedap jerrr..\







Ingredients:
Basic Sweet Recipe

75 gm. Plain flour
50 gm. sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
75 ml. fresh milk
1 large egg
30 gm. or 2 tbsp. melted butter or vegetable oil
100 gm. caster sugar for coating

Method:
Preheat doughnut maker for 5 mins.

(1) Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
(2) Add the milk, egg and oil and stir till well mixed and smooth.


(3) Fill each hole with 10 ml. (1 dsp.) of batter.
(4) Close the lid and lock the latch.
(5) Bake for 2 mins.
(6) Remove cooked doughnuts and toss quickly in the caster sugar.
(7) Serve.
