selama ni memang tak pernah try apple pie mc d nie...

bila duk membaca topik nie... semua bagi feedback yg memberansangkan.. so tadi lunch pilah beli apple pie mc d.

teringin nak rasa sebelum setat mencuba resepi ni

baru jer menggigit skit... dah rasa tak berapa sesuai kat tekak nie...

ingatkan silap rasa...  manalah tau kot-kot lidah tergeliat ker....

kunyah lagik skit...

memang sah ... tak sesuai dgn anak tekak ini... :geram:

nampak gayanya tak delah eden nak try membuat sendiri dessert ni

crystal, shida rasa hang tak lalu sebab apple tu ada campuran cinnamon.

haah..mungkin betul kata shida..
kalau tak sesuai ngan inti apple.. crystal leh ubah inti lain.. seperti nenas, mango dan etc...

sorry yek... semua orang!

saya nak tanya lagi...

kenapa pastry yang saya buat, instead of crunchy, dia jadi fluffy? tak jadi macam rangup pun...:cry: step by step dah ikut dah... tepung dah campur dgn butter sampai jadi bread crumb, pastu masuk air, gaul dgn garpu. tapi still fluffy..

ada sesapa tak yg tau nak buat mcmana?

Eden tak makan apple pie dia (yg dkt US lah kan)  sebab eden tak tau dia orang pakai butter ka, margerine ka, shortening ka ....... tapi most supermarket jual tart/pie sure  yang menggunakan lard (animal fat).Tak halal

Ara.. soklan.. butter yg ara gunakan masa nak adun tu..
is it sejuk beku, lembik atau room temperature?

tak garing camna tu smeet?
dia peroi sgt ker dear?
cuba u jgn pakai shortening.. pakai butter...
make sure butter tu sejuk2 dan potong2.. then rub into the flour (rub-in method)

betul tu dar.. rata2 dorang kat sana pakai animal fat..
cuba buat la dar pie goreng yg resepi bebop tu dar..
leh simpan dlm fridge.. agak2 teringin goreng dan ngappppp jer

:pmuka: dh buat aritu 2x..1st time buat kuih berinti..sowi gambo xde lak sbb ms tu bateri camera den nih kong lak..huhu..btw it's really nice..tp kn nabia rs klu guna shortening lg rangup kot kn..sbb 2x nabia buat guna butter simpan dlm freezer dlu sblm grg n all..but cruncy dia still x sma dgn mcD laa kn..sat lg nk g giant n bli shortening n also nk ubah ltak lemon juice sama..ehheeh hopefully sukses! :pray:
next week nabia tepek gambo insyaAllah k..coz ms kje jk leh guna internet maaa.. :tq: to all forumers...

hmmm....terlambat pulak cuba. semalam cuba buat. dan ari ni balik dari kelas terus goreng. tapi.... pastry dia jadi cam karipap? terasa cam makan karipap inti epal pulak. ada tersilap buat ke.... then dia takde la crunchy sangat. tepung yang kat dalam pun cam lembik.

maybe gal tak half cook before masuk freezer kot. and rasanya maybe pastry dia tu tebal sket. main lenyek pakai tangan je semalam. agak2 ketebalan dia. hmmm...tak menjadi pulak kali ni...

blueberri pie ni resepi dia sama jer ngan resepi apple pie or other pie..
takde beza except inti tu la kan.. dan cara persembahan pie tu.. for this.. adunan tepung tu di potong memanjang dan di selang seli jadi camtu.

Jazmin leh cuba resepi ni k ..


BLUEBERRY PIE FILLING

1 teaspoon  lemon juice
1.5 tablespoon cornstarch
2 pints fresh blueberries (or 1 tin blueberry)


Mix all together.

=================
Roll a layer of dough on the pie base and pour in the filling and roll another layer and cover the fillingg. bake on high until crust is brown.

salam semua...n3 first time tulis kat board nih...sebenarnya dah lama dah jadi pemerhati tetap... dan cuba resepi.. tapi rasa nak join plak sembang sekali.. :D dah pernah try resepi bepop..sedap sangat...sampai hubby dok mintak buat breakfast pepagi... heheheh...tapi nak tanya semua klau nak subsitute apple hijau dengan apple merah boleh dak? kat sini susah nak jumpa apple hijau

I suggest you pakai fuji apple.... for me pun I tak suka pakai apple hijau.. sooo I subsitute apple ngan fuji apple jer
