kalau turun Paris mesti order causcous with lamb kebab.
Memang sedapt sangat.Tak tahu kat Malaysia ada tak.
Cost only 8.00 Euro.

first time beli mutton,tapi ade member cdgkan soh panggang je ngn bhn2 perapan

mcm kunyit,bawang,serbuk kari,garam.

somewhere kat cokit ade satu kedai distributor brg2 from middle east..iran in particular [mydin amik sarung kaki dr dorang ni lah]
ade jual instant falafel..just bancuh dgn air..bentuk2 dah bleh goreng
sedap gak..

ade yg suka Maqluba?
its a palestinian cuisine tapi me belajo dari jiran yg asal dari Iraq
nasi yg dimasak berlapis2 dgn lauk kambing n terung dlm bekas/caserol bulat mcm dome..pastu bila nak serve..diterbalikkan
sedap wehhh..

sampai hari tk terbuat2 lg..sbb sini murah jerkan..lgpun kedai kt rumah nie tomiah dia kena anak tekak plak..pastu cam bersih ler skit...

insig bila nak mai mesir lg..berbuka dng kutaiyyef ngan tamar hind...pekena maidah rahman kt masjid appolo..khabarnya kt masjid akhir mahatthoh lg sedap..

cous2 kalau tk silap masakan marocco..jrng jg jumpa kt sini.. pernah try resepi kak noormasri..tp tk semeriah cam pic kat atas tu.....yg pasti cous2 mmg sedap.

kalu nak wat style melayu...
masak santan letak daun pandan+manisan+asal aswid ( molasse )...

Tamiyyah kedai kt rumah..sedap sngt..sbb murah malas nk buat sendiri..,kedai pun ok..balakang tk tau ler,ada jer yg readymade skrng..balik goreng jer..

salams semua..nak tumpang sekaki boleh..ni saya nak boh gambar makanan yg dimasak oleh mak mertua..gambar2 ni gambar tahun lepas masa saya balik bercuti di kampung suami di helwan...saya bab nak tulis resepi ni tak reti sbb saya masak tak ikut sukatan..semua main boh je.. ..

molokhia..sejenis daun/sayur yg hanya didapati di mesir..diblend dan dibuat sup (guna chicken broth je) bila soup tu boiled gitu letak ground coriander & garlic yg telah digoreng..sedap dimakn dgn egyptian rice..anak2 saya suka sgt makan ni..

  makan dgn egyptian rice ni...

stuffed pigeon...tak reti masak yg ni..cuma tau makan je... tapi ada tgk jugak apa yg mak mertua tu taruh dlm pigeon tu..some chicken liver,onion,rice,some spices & salt n peppa..pastu dia boil pigeon tu sampai nasi dlm tu masak..angkat pastu grill atau golek2 atas kuali with a bit of butter or olive oil..kasi crunchy sikit bahagian luar pigeon tu..



keesh..mcm bubur nasi gitu, cuma derang add chicken stock, yoghurt,fried onion & garlic..masam sikit..tapi sedap...mkn macam tu je..

alhamdulillah dah byk kali makan roti n ayamm grill nie.. skrg dah SR14. kalau dulu masa nora mula2 dtg sini baru SR9. skrg sumanya dah naik... rotinya walaupun tebal tp lembut. ayam pulak rasa rempahnya...sedap betul. Ayam dan roti nie di makan dengan Homous (kaler putih dlm bekas besar tu), baba gannoughe (bekas lg satu tu) garlic mayonis (bekas kecil tu), bawang mentah yg dihiris halus dan daun ketumbar yang dihiris juga. bila pindah duk mesia nanti sure teringat makanan nie...

Actually, sy pernah travel gi Algeria, so pernah la mkn couscous ni, hmmm, mase tu abg kwn yg jamu, kitorg berempat mkn dalam talam, dekat tgh2 tu , die letak couscous menggunung, pastu mcm ade kuah (x sure, curry ke aper) mase nk start, kaut couscous kiter ke kwsn jajahan (hehehe) kite dan cedukkan kuah tu atas couscous dan gaul sebati,.. smbil mkn , cubit daging kambing rebus (letak atas kertas lapik, luar talam) dan mkn sekali. Mmg authentic, lps tu baham buah-buahan Mediterranean yang lazat dan segar (buah peach, oren, plum), pastu tetibe ade honey dew (khas sempena kedatangan tetamu), fuh ... teringat plak mknn Mesia time tu. Mase breakfast menarik gak, sbb masa tu pagi lagi , bahang Sahara belum terasa, kitorg mkn kat taman luar rumah, mmg derg dh ade mcm cushion dgn tmpt mkn ... tp, satu gambo pon x amik time tu , maybe sbb letih sgt ... 600 km dr Algiers nk gi Ghardaia (one of Saharan city).

Salam semua...
putri nak tanya skit...ada tak sespaer kat sini yg tau macammana nak masak nasi ngn ayam tandoori arabnya style...kalau indianya style yg letak yogurt sumer tu...yg tu putri selalu buat...tapi yg arab ni tak retila...sukasgt makan kat sini...lps tu dia bagi skali ngan curry
skali.....macam mana ek nak buat?
