Kawan Kiki cakap char koew teow kat dpn vista angkasa (kerinci) tuh ada guna perencah special (Kalau tak kisah boleh cuba beli kat depa). Sepeket dalam belasan ringiit kot.

Kawan Kiki cakap char koew teow kat dpn vista angkasa (kerinci) tuh ada guna perencah special (Kalau tak kisah boleh cuba beli kat depa). Sepeket dalam belasan ringiit kot.

nak bg care lebey sedap xtau la....tapi aku tau la tmpat sedap char kueh tw tu..ader jual kat kramat dkat ngan stesen myk caltex...perghh...sodap..  ari2 bukak gerai tu.....

dapur api yang tembak tu...namanya dapo/tungku high pressure
charkuay teow yg dijual tu..campuran sos kicapnya ade 2-3 jenis dan dimasak terlebih dahulu
cili pastenya pun dimasak terlebih dahulu
kuayteow tak kembang sebab kawalan api yg betul

char kuay teow stail cina mmg ade otak udang sket dlm bahan2nya..

BOLEH TU BOLEH...TPI TAK MENJADI SANGAT......TELUR TAK HANCUR.....KWAY TEOW PUN TAK PANAS DI DALAM CUBA PERHATIKAN MEREKA GORENG.......JAP BUKAK API....JAP SLOW...JAP KUAT KAN API

boleh ler inspiron..ramai yg buat kat rumah pun jadik gak
infact byk rumah sekarang mmg beli beli tungku/dapo high pressure tu..rm60++ jek.. senang nak masak kat luar, portable

dapo biasa pun boleh..esp yg 2 tungku tu..api pun kuat gak..nak kene pandai kawal jek
yg penting..kita yg buat dia..bukan dia buat kita


cuba try this version..
Char Kuay Teow
so far yg me dah guna, memuaskan hati..
adjust taste n bahan to your liking lah..
