apa2pun kalau nak main property besar kena pastikan ada buyer cepat....kalau nak main kcik2 pun ok jugak....tapi kena cari kat tempat yang ada buyer atau renter...paling best kat universiti baru

ramai melayu terbongkang main property ialah nak beli rumah lelong 7k tapi area bukit beruntung...sah sah takde orang nak sewa....bali flat 6k kat masai....sah sah area memang banyak rumah tinggal.....nak main ni kena survey tempat.....

sebab tu my friend beli kat area universiti baru....dia pasang kaki...student call cakap nak sewa rumah...weekend dia beli terus kat auction...baru 10-14k....dua tahun lebih dah pulang modal

kawan saya takde pengalaman pun....baru setahun ajer buat benda ni.......tapi memang ok.....last weekend jumpa dia...dia balik dari uk for 1 week....aku tanya kenapa balik...heheh beli 1 flat dan 1 rumah....esok dia balik uk

tapi cha ya nun alif main benda ni dasat2....
last year i met this retired cha ya nun alif kat my place....dia beli rumah 260k utk pencen...dia kata dia baru duduk sebulan ada orang nak beli 340k....dia terus jual...end up dalam masa 8 bulan dia dah jual beli 9 rumah dan 1 rumah kedai high end....sekarang dia duduk kat rumah 900k....

aku rasa tak pernah orang nak jual kedai dia dia akan cakap bisnes teruk....kalau ada aku nak jugak tengok iklan dia.........

tu yg sya ckp... setakat alasan cam staff tak de, or takde  masa nak run business... rasa2 logik ke? Pd saya if business profitable, if ada masalah timbul, cam ner pun mesti saya akan cuba cari solution. Dan bukannya saya akan jual busines coz of small matter cam ni. betul tak?


If nak take over business, rasanya mmg kena perhati & siasat betul2.
